90% of DS owners are pirating games with R4The title saids it all. The Entertainment and Leisure Software Publishers Association seems to be questionably delusional. They believe up to 90% DS gamers are using R4 / M3 - that percentage is kind of high but the fact that all my DS friends never buy DS games shows some sound statistics.
Every few months, newer version of R4 firmware must be downloaded in order to play new games but this doesn?t stop them at all. This is even more insane in Asia, when you want to buy a DS, almost every DS comes with R4 or have instructions of how to obtain R4 / M3 / GBAMP / Supercard? etc.
