Well you may have noticed that some of the respected sites are down over the weakend & most of them still are.I thought i would share why this is so.

Well a big datacenter in the USA, where major servers sit had a major explosion and fire. The Planet’s datacenter HV1 had a huge electrical conduict explode and it brought down 3 walls in the power center part of the complex.

Over 9000 servers of some of the best sites in the net got effected by this. But they are working on fixing the building and getting people back online as fast as they can.

hmmm…. thats strange…. hardwaregeeks.com hasnt been working the past few days for anyone
think theres a connection?

hardwaregeeks was only ofline for me for some 2-3 hours yesterday,after that i was fine.
What other sites were off,i didn’t face any issue with my regualars though.

really? its still not working for me and apparently many people at notebooks.com are having the same problem

What websites are down? I havent came accrossed any that are down yet. Of course I have been on here all day so maybe thats why, but I have been on yahoo and they are fine. What websites are you talking about?

Can you put a list of those Major Website which are down? We will atleast come to know about those site and perhaps when those sites are online again, we may hear real story from them.

I’ve seen this info posted in a forum (bjorn3d.com).So, i thought i should let people know.I donno specifically which sites are down.I just know that som e major sites have been affected.
