And some exceptionally insightful obeservations on how retarded this price drop is. Not the fact that there might be the drop, but the way MS is theoretically doing it—if these “leaks” are true—is surely of questionable intelligence.

$280 just seems like such an odd price for a console….

Yeah Edie, this pricing structure is just stupid. Dropping the price of the Core by $30 and the price
of the Premium by $50 is just strange. As the article says, if MS really wants to compete with the Wii
they should drop the price of the Core to $250. Then Nintendo might have a fight on their hands.
