Depends.  For me, my cell phone and DVR box review were owned items.

Man, we all need to figure out how to get to the level of having stuff sent to us just to be reviewed and then sent back.

That sounds like a dream to me but i wish it would come true.

Looks like we’re beginning to open it up to mods right now.  It’s tricky I’m sure because you do want to maintain some consistency and professionalism.  Anyone could write:

I actually accept submissions from anyone. I dont expect that everyone will be submitting reviews (or high quality ones), but I do accept “tips” too.

For example, if you see something on TechTV or the news, or on a site and you think its something we should cover, email it to me at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

If I think its good, I will eithe rpost a story on it if its a tip, or edit and post it if its an article. I also give you byline credit.
