i officially hate.. i mean it.. hate FIREFOX!

now i was in love with firefox like most of you and i still be using it.. but i spend 4 hours on making a design on my site.. i go around asking people how does it look.. some say it looks great and some say its okay.. something tells me go and check how it looks via IE.. OMFG IT LOOKS MOST MESSED UP THING EVER! EVER!.. i go and ask one of the dudes and he said he viewed it via IE… lol man.. he told me firefox is faster just because it leaves out lot of HTML tags that are important.. thank you firefox.. and thats another 2 hours of work..

this happens to me all the time. whenever i use dreamweaver it looks great on firefox, but really ###### on IE. to get it right you have to add like a lot of spacers and unneccesary stuf…

So shouldn’t you say you hate IE since they make you add a bunch of unnecessary crap you don’t need?

I think you should hate IE… It doesnt follow W3C standards as Wolf said…

yo firefox kicks ass… I hate websites like launch.yahoo.com where they dont let you watch the vids unless u have IE…

We need sarcasm tags 😊  I do really, really hate those sites too.  Like MSNBC vidoes.  I wonder why they push IE :think:  :think:  :think:

Ishmar that’s really ignorant of you to say. Firefox like everyone else is saying follows W3C standards, which IE doesn’t follow because M$ thinks its bigger than life and think they can do anything. Having said that you should be writing W3C standard XHTML by now which works perfectly in most if not all browsers.

If you don’t know what XHTML is or what the W3C standards are get your page checked and you’ll find out how crappy IE is when it comes to renedring. In fact, IE can’t even render some CSS.

http://www.w3.org/ Learn the standards and educate yourself before saying something as stupid as what you just did.
