updates virus definitions everyday
barely a resource hog like norton and mcafee
checks incoming and outgoing email on outlook and certifies it in the signature
did i mention free?

AVG is the Mac OS of the Anti-Virus world (minus the looks)
It does all the same stuff as Norton Anti-Virus
Uses less resources
And since less people have it, no one is looking for holes to exploit

For the record, I am still a Windows user despite my comments above.
