Here’s really what I’m presented with.
I can probabbly get an iPod mini 2nd gen 4 GB for $180
it’l include earbuds, USB 2 cable, and the belt clip but thats about it. I ama big fan of iTunes media player so it’s a plus.
On the other side I can get a 5GB Black Zen Micro for $150 with 2 batteries, stand, charger, and USB 2 cable.
The storage isn’t really a big deal…it’s deciding what I value most.
For the iPod I do like iTunes a lot and the impressive battery is alluring. The smaller form factor, too.
The Zen has the price and it’s different. I am not into being an Apple clone but they have one of the best Mini Players. I could also use Yahoo Unlimited with the Micro but I heard there’s like 7 seconds prebuffering before it can play. Not something I’m thrilled about but it’s $60 a year.
I like the looks of both but I appreciate the Mini’s thinness a lot.
