It means that if modder acccidentally breaks his xbox while attempting to mod it he could just make it look like he did nothing and broke it during trying to change his HD or do some other modding.
M$ letting you change the HD is understandable, but it probably won’t come without a hefty fee. Do you know how many people would try it and break ,if M$ lets you, it and bring it back to M$ for a replacement? Millions if not more would be lost.

If you didn’t know the PSTWO is the slim version of the PS2. And if you didn’t know the online adapter comes built in. Oh and online play is free.

The creators are no longer focusing on one thing(gaming) they are focusing on making it replace everything else. And usually what happens when a company attempts this is that it sucks in all aspects, it could be a different story in this case though.
