Well I’m sitting here laughing at you because there is virtually nowhere in the US where I dont have a perfect or near perfect signal. Dont worry atleast you got a phone that can do anything but make decent calls.

You are correct.  Its the sites that got “hacked” not the phones.  Now on the same token if you have a bluetooth phone make sure you don’t leave that enabled.  You can steal all their info., make phone calls, get pics, etc.  Those sidekicks aren’t bluetooth so it isn’t what happened.  At defcon (hacker convention) someone snooped a bluetooth phone from like a 1/2 mile away using an antenna.
