rofl what are you talking about? After 3 MAJOR price cuts and you are still on the edge?
Here, I’ll help you decide. Regardless of whether you are a HEAVY PC game, or a HEAVYconsole gamer, you are missing out if you do not own an Xbox. The Xbox does offer its own share of unique titles that you will not find elsewhere, and these titles are certainly worth experiencing. I will list for you a few current and future of which should be checked out.
-Project Gotham Racing 2
-Ralisport Challenge 2
-Dead or Alive 3
-Dead or Alive Volleyball(sorry had to throw this one in hahah…)
-Ninja Gaiden
-Mech Assault
-Chronicles of Riddick
-Metal Slug 3 (oldschool back for a final showdown 😉)
-Sudeki
-Fable
-Forza Motorsport
-Guilty Gear #Reloaded
-Dead or Alive Ultimate
-Halo 2

I’m not a heavy console gamer, thats why I’m still deciding.
Also, I really haven’t had the money for one up until now.

Well in the end it really depends, do you enjoy those types of games that are offered by a specific console? If not, then don’t buy it. Xbox offered the most titles that appealed to me, that is why I invested alot into that console and peripherals. If you prefere PC gaming, you should advocate that hobby and upgrade your PC system instead.

The games are very sweet indeed. I spend just as much time playing Xbox/Xbox Live games as I do PC games these days.

Well, it all depends on what kind of games/gaming you like. Xbox is by far the best console out there for FPS’s and has great multiplayer. But for example, if your really into RPG’s, theres really no point in getting one. |

yeah its worth it. Halo 2 makes it all worth it. Plus they are cheap now anyways. |

Yeah, after finally getting my first taste of Halo this last weekend, I have now determined that I must own the XBOX. It calls to me from the GameStop website, begging me to take advantage of it’s $120 price point with a free used copy of Halo. Someone go donate money to my site so I can buy an XBOX AND go to PAX next month.
ps: This isn’t really sitewhoring. I don’t care if you check out my site or not. Just making a friendly suggestion. |

It’s worth it. Like people said, unless you only like RPGs (which you said you don’t), there’s going to be a lot of games you’ll like. |

It is a great system, also easily moddable to add a larger hard drive, use as a multimedia center, play emulated games, etc.
I have to say that my favorite games for the XBOX has to be DOA3 and Halo: two great multiplayer games! I have been overseas for the last year and haven’t played it since, so I don’t know what other games are out there that I am missing!!!
