You’re entirely correct, simple handles should be made in order to skip certain scenes; I am not one who will willingly skip story sequences, but if you die after a long uninterruptable sequence and that you have to watch it again…it can be quite annoying.

I find it so frustrating when you can’t skip a cut scene. I recently replayed Kingdom Hearts and got so sick of the story scenes second time around. There really should be a skip option.

Oh yeah, I can’t stand not being able to skip them either. Especially when you’ve already watched it! Who wants to watch it over and over. Ugh. Sometimes I don’t want to watch them at all because I’m just so anxious to play the game. Ahh well.

I think some games have really good cutscenes but, some games really have way too many or just really long and drawn out ones.

The worst are the startup movies thay you CAN’T skip. Especially when they are long.

They keep trying to make games into movies…fine. However, at least give me the OPTION of pressing start to skip past all that crap. Please?  😕

I used to skip past them, actually I still do on games I don’t like but when I’m paying $50+ for a game and buy it to be entertained I will sit through the cutscenes for the immersion factor.
