Well, it’s too bad, I’m stopping here; Express needs SP2 which I have not installed yet; added with the fact of uninstalling previous stuff, it’s just too much to “prove” something that is beyond the need to be proven.
I hope you can understand that I did not use any magic feature, nor any features at all that are absent from the Express edition, if not, then I just stop here, that is all for me.
Well, this looks to be an odd end to a potentially good contest. Hopefully there will be a few more entries before Andru finally has to declare the contest closed. No matter what happens, though, I must applaud Slashmire for the effort he put into this.
I think that Andru is secretly hoping that we’d all forget about the contest so he can keep the 360 to himself. As we speak, he’s probably playing. But no, seriously, he should sort of say what’s going on with the contest - mainly, is it over - if so, who won, and if not, how can someone win? I think maybe he’s been too busy with The Bleeding Edge and playing with his DS Lite to concentrate on such things as this.
Yeah. It would be nice to atleast hear if it was being given to no one. I think I spent too much time building my game but I really wanted to win this competition.

Actually, I have been hard at work trying to get Microsoft to come through on their sponsorship of the contest. They wanted at least ten entries, and we got four. Unless I can come up with six more, it looks like this thing is going to be null and void, which sucks tremendously. Anyone in this thread want to whip up something real quick?? Seriously, I would rather have someone win than no one. Heck, send in an entry that is just a slighty edited template or something - anything so that I can send them 10.
Do you guys know a good place for me to set up a blog? I plan on expanding my game creating efforts on this Visual Studio Express background and need a place to blog about what I’m learning.
