Green Herb Salad Dressing Recipe
If you are looking for a quick and easy salad dressing that you can make at home, this Green Herb Dressing should fit the bill:
Green Herb Dressing
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- up to 1/3 cup water
- 1 green onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Put everything into a container and blend with an emulsion blender. Take note that the Rosemary will keep it’s shape when all is said and done.

Lima beans with tomato and chili sauce make a tasty dish. [b]Ingredients[/b] 400 g green lima 2 tbsp of olive oil 1 onion (finely chopped) 2 cloves garlic (chopped) 300 g tomato (peeled, seeded and chopped) 1 red chili (seeded and chopped) 1 stalk coriander leaves (chopped) salt to taste [b]Method[/b] Bring water to a boil in a deep saucepan, add beans and cook for 15 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside. Heat olive oil in a pan and saute garlic and onions to fragrant then add chopped tomato and simmer until mixture is thicken.
