Joel Madden and Nicole RichieNicole Richie has no control over what her husband and son wear. The Fashion Star mentor has her own fashion line but admitted her husband Joel Madden never asks her for clothing advice and their three-year-old son Sparrow also has his own ideas on what to wear.

Speaking on Live With Kelly and Michael, she said, "I do not dress Joel. Joel dresses himself. And he dresses Sparrow. Sparrow's actually dressing himself now but he's very particular. So he needs the bandana tied around the belt, you know how Joel does it... he has to have all of his sleeves cut off of his shirts. He's got a little curly mohawk now!"

Nicole previously admitted she takes style tips from Sparrow and her four-year-old daughter Harlow as they like to give her brutally honest feedback on her outfits. "I was wearing these polka-dot harem pants the other day and my daughter said to me, 'Mom, why are you wearing your pajamas out?' I was like, oh boy, already getting an opinion. My son always comes up to me and gives me a hug if he thinks I look pretty. Their biggest compliment to me if I'm wearing anything with sequins on it, they tell me that I look like a princess," she explained.

Ireland BaldwinAlec Baldwin's daughter has signed a deal with a top modeling agency.

The 30 Rock actor's 17-year-old daughter Ireland, whose mother is Kim Basinger, revealed she is "happy" after being snapped up by IMG Models and a professional management firm.

The 6' 2" blonde beauty, who lives in Los Angeles with her actress mother, shared her excitement on Twitter, writing, "Officially working for @TwoManagement and @IMGmodels! I'm blessed, happy, and ready to WEEEEERK (sic)"

Ireland previously revealed she and her new step-mother Hilaria Thoams have a great relationship: "Hilaria and I are really close. She's like a big sister to me, but I feel like I haven't spent enough time with her yet. We have a lot more to learn about each other and we have a lot more experiences to have together. We joke around and I call her 'Mom.' But I respect her, it's not like setting up booby traps in her room."

Sarah Jessica ParkerSarah Jessica Parker has "created" extra bones in her feet from wearing uncomfortable shoes.

The 47-year-old actress has stopped wearing high heels all the time after learning she had irreparably damaged her feet with unsuitable footwear when she began experiencing problems due to the wardrobe worn by her working mother character in 2011 movie I Don't Know How She Does It. Parker claims she would wear heels everyday for up to 18 hours, but now she's paying a painful price for her fashion choices.

"I wore beautiful shoes, and never complained. But then I did I Don't Know How She Does It, and I was very thoughtful about my whole wardrobe and said you know, [my character, Kate Reddy] could not afford really good shoes, she would go to Nine West or Aldo. So I got shoes from there and the bottom of the shoes aren't leather, they are plastic, so I slipped a couple times, twisted my ankle. I went to a foot doctor and he said, 'Your foot does things it shouldn't be able to do. That bone there ... You've created that bone. It doesn't belong there.' It's sad, because my feet took me all over the world, but eventually they were like, 'You know what, we are really tired, can you just stop - and don't put cheap shoes on us?'"

Saint Laurent Fall/Winter 2013The feud between Hedi Slimane and New York Times critic Cathy Horyn continues, as the Saint Laurent fashion designer banned her again from his show in Paris.

Unfortunately for Slimane, the slight downside to an age where a show's images are immediately uploaded onto the internet for all to see is the fact that it helps someone like Horyn to be able to critique the show without having been there.

Horyn began with lambasting Slimane's decision to remove "Yves" from the label's name - something that had previously caused many raised eyebrows in the fashion world: "One of the first things the new designer, Hedi Slimane, did was to remove “Yves” from the label, thereby severing a symbolic connection to the founder, and everything he stood for, like good taste and feminine power."

She then went on to blast the clothes, which she pointed out were disliked by others, too: "Many people said the clothes looked like stuff sold at Topshop or a thrift store, while others defended Mr. Slimane’s approach and identified pieces, like a pink fur chubby, that relate back to Yves’s designs of the late ’60s and early ’70s, when he got ideas — say, for a pea coat — from the street. It’s doubtful that customers will make that connection, but such comments serve to validate what Mr. Slimane has done."

Gwyneth Paltrow at the 2002 Oscar Awards

"There were a few issues... I still love the [Alexander McQueen] dress itself but I should have worn a bra and I should have just had simple beachy hair and less makeup. Then, it would have worked as I wanted it to - a little bit of punk at the Oscars."
