The supermodel has been at the lingerie giant for 13 years but has now announced she is hanging up her angel wings and won’t be strutting down the runway in the annual November show.

There are certain jobs I don’t do anymore, like the young, sexy, cute things for teenagers, or even 25-year-old girls. I go in a different bracket now.”

Naomi CampbellSupermodel is “loyal” to the fashion designers she has worked with from a young age.

The British-born model explained the support of the likes of Gianni Versace and helped her break into the industry, and while she is not “forced” to wear their designs, she considers them to be “creative geniuses.”

“Our group kind of broke in with the support of designers like Gianni Versace, Azzedine Alaia, Yves Saint Laurent, and , and their connections to both the magazines and the photographers. I loved watching so many of the great designers I’ve worked with do what they do. That’s why I’m still loyal to the designers that I’ve known since I was 16. It’s not that I’m forced to be - it’s that they’re creative geniuses and I love what they do. For my whole group of girls, it wasn’t always about how much we were getting paid. We were interested in how creative it looked-how it would come across.”

After her initial words upon accepting the head designer role at Alexander McQueen, Sarah Burton has kept fairly quiet—until now. Burton, who was hired at McQueen before she was even a graduate at Central Saint Martin’s, talks about her mentor and boss, as well as what her plans are going forward with the label.

One thing she is not continuing are the extravagant, grandiose shows McQueen was known for: “That was very much Lee’s territory—the spectacular show… In that way, I can’t try and pretend to be Lee.”

She is, however, staying true to the designer’s affinity for the macabre and sex.

Prada Spring/Summer 2011 put on a wedding dress-inspired collection in their Milan Fashion Week show yesterday.

The Italian designers sent models down the catwalk in see-through white lace pieces, with modesty guarded by Bridget Jones-style underwear.

The show was in complete contrast to ‘s collection, which saw a vibrant array of colored dresses and suits sashaying their way down the runway. Reds, oranges, dark greens and deep blues made up the majority of the outfits - as well as an unusual banana print - while voluminous arms seem to be a key-trend. They did, however, also have a selection of black dresses to satisfy their more traditional customer.

Kylie Minogue, Naomi Campbell and Jada Pinkett Smith were among the big-name stars in attendance at the Italian shows, taking in the likes of Jil Sander, Bottega Veneta and Fendi. Fashionistas will next be heading to Paris for the French capital’s runway shows, with collections from Gareth Pugh, Balenciaga, Lanvin, Christian Dior, Celine and Chanel all taking place this week.

Jada Pinkett-Smith and daughter Willow

It looks as if Willow Smith’s older brother’s movie premiere was just the beginning.

The pint-sized fashionista was spotted at making it clear that her interest in the style industry is no joke.

With a love of feline prints, punky shoes, and a whole lot of attitude, I wouldn’t be surprised if we see a collection of hers at JCPenney or Macy’s sometime soon…
