Actress Kate Bosworth thinks Proenza Schouler designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez are "true artists."

The 27-year-old loves the creations from the design team and gets excited every time a new collection is due.

"They're so effortless. True artists. I'm so excited to see what they do every season. And they know if I'm not there in person, I dissect their collection online. I so look forward to it. It's incredible."

The design team love Kate in return, and think she is perfect for their clothes. "We know her pretty well. She's pretty easy to dress. We know what looks good on her. We showed her a few things and everything fit perfectly. She makes our job really easy," McCollough said.

Speaking at the Fashion Group International Night of Stars at Cipriani Wall Street in New York, Kate confessed she loved being the pair's date for the evening: "I just get to be their date, which makes me very happy."

Lara Stone for DKNY DeliciousLara Stone is the new face of Donna Karan. The Dutch supermodel has already appeared in adverts for Prada's Infusion d'Iris fragrance scent, Louis Vuitton, Jaeger and Eres and she now fronts the campaign for the designer's DKNY Delicious Fragrance, the new apple inspired scent.

"Lara certainly is the model of the moment and designers all over the world are desperate for her to be the face of their products."

It seems Lara is definitely in demand at the moment as she was recently named as the new face of Calvin Klein. The blonde beauty signed an exclusive deal with the fashion house to front its campaigns for Calvin Klein Jeans, Calvin Klein Collection and ck Calvin Klein.

"I have a long history with the Calvin Klein brand, and so it was wonderful to work with the house again this year. It's like being part of a family."

The deal marks the first time in years Calvin Klein have used one model to front all three of its brands and the firm's creative director, Francisco Costa, thinks Lara's perfect for the role: "I conceived my Fall/Winter 2010 collection with a self-aware and assured woman in mind. Crystal Renn backstage at a recent fashion showPlus-size Model Crystal Renn recently sat down to give more of an explanation as to why her weight seems to be dropping so rapidly. The 24-year-old, who had been heralded over the past year for her size 12 dress size, appeared on the catwalk for the Chanel Resort collection looking much thinner than before.

When fans of the curvy model threw up their arms and angrily typed away at their keyboards, her agent made a statement assuring fans that she was still a "solid size 10," and there was nothing more to worry over.

Renn has since appeared in a coveted Chanel campaign, as well as having walked for Lagerfeld, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Zac Posen this past season. The more publicity the model attracts, the more people notice that she's slowly starting to lose weight again. Her answer? Exercise!

"Well, I’m so active. In the past, I avoided exercise because it brought back terrible feelings. I wasn’t ready. And I was scared that maybe I was going to be addicted again. That’s a fear that goes through your mind, whenever you’re getting over an addiction or a disease like anorexia, yeah, I absolutely was worried. But then I guess you could say my life changed in a really drastic way," she explains.

Jessica Simpson's styleRobert Verdi wants to help Jessica Simpson revamp her look. The stylist to the stars says the singer-and-actress is quite "boring" with her fashion choices and wants to update her whole wardrobe.

"Her look is boring. I would change her up constantly because she is not diverse enough. I would give her a Hitchcock heroine look, a 50s look, and some serious 60s hippie look."

While he's not a fan of her look, Robert believes she has the cut right with her clothes: "Tight always looks better than loose when you are being photographed and when you are on television. You are on the side of tight no matter what."

Jessica Simpson - whose weight has fluctuated over the years - recently revealed how she loves clothes which give her a nipped-in waist and show off her womanly curves. "I'm a huge Jean Paul Gaultier fan. His pieces make my waist look good. Yes, they're an investment, but I'll have them when I'm old and grey."

Kate Hudson and Goldie Hawn wore matching dresses to the Elle Women in Hollywood gala on Monday. The actress and her Hollywood legend mother accidentally attended the event in the same style one-shoulder dress, with Kate sporting one in black with iridescent paillettes by up-and-coming designer Prabal Gurung, and Goldie in a white Gianfranco Ferre design.

"When we came in we were like, 'Ooh,' and we felt, like, a one-shoulder thing happening!"

Goldie later presented Kate with one of the night's awards at the gala, hosted by Harrison Ford. Both Goldie, 64, and Kate, 31, laughed off their dress clash, but Kate admitted the harshest critic of her dress sense is her son Ryder.

"Oh my gosh, he's my biggest critic, always asking: 'What is that?' I always know when he likes it when he sees me and he doesn't say anything and he gets kind of flushed. I go, 'Uh-oh. That means you like it!'"

Mary J. Blige eyewearMary J. Blige says her sunglasses range is an "extension" of herself.

The singer recently launched her debut line of eyewear, entitled Melodies by MJB, and says designer sunglasses have always been something she wanted to do because she owns so many pairs. Mary - who also has her own fragrance, My Life - said, "I have probably 1000 pairs of sunglasses. If you look back at my history you'll see me with glasses, lots of shades from Chanel to Christian Dior to Gucci. Sunglasses are an extension of me, just like the fragrance I did is an extension of me. I only do things that I know, that I've done for years."

Mary has previously said she was inspired to do an eyewear line as she was bombarded with so many requests: "Eyewear and perfume are different, but you have to put the same amount of work in. You have to be creative, come up with ideas and be inspired - just like with a song. Sunglasses bestow a certain mysterious look like a Bond girl. People were always saying, 'You should do an eyewear line.' So I said, 'Let's do it.' I want women to be able to hide behind their glasses but also be fashion-forward and comfortable. I didn't make any Grandma glasses."

Ava Sambora modeling for her dad's collectionRichie Sambora will support his daughter if she wants to become a full-time model. The Bon Jovi rocker, who has his own fashion line, White Trash Beautiful, says 13-year-old Ava is already showing signs of making it in the fashion world after modeling clothes for his range but says she needs to finish her education first.

"It's so much fun. I did a photo shoot with her a few years ago. I just said to the photographer, 'Can you take some pictures for me, for my house of my daughter?' And she went 'Dad can I model?' The only modelling she has really done has been at my shows. That is where we are right now - her priorities are schoolwork and also I believe in maintaining the innocence of children. Before that when she is 18 or 19 she is going to do what she wants to do and I'm going to support her and help her through it," Richie said of working with his daughter.

However, Richie says if Ava does want to make it as a model, she will have to be prepared to work very hard. "Be very afraid and work very hard at your craft. There's so many people trying to get in. It's getting harder and harder all over, in every industry in every business," he advised.

Jennifer Lopez and her kids at the Gucci shootJennifer Lopez is set to star in a new Gucci campaign alongside her two-year-old twins. The singer-and-actress and little Max and Emme will be the faces of the Italian fashion house's new children's fashion line, with the campaign being shot in July by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.

According to WWD, the images feature a sun-kissed Jennifer and her children wearing Gucci clothes and accessories, including sunglasses, while playing on the beach. As part of the campaign, Gucci will make charitable donations to UNICEF and the Maribel Foundation, a charity founded by Jennifer and her sister, Lynda. Jennifer had previously said she is keen to keep her family life private as much as possible because she knows too much attention could have a bad effect.

"We're not ones to parade the kids around. Marc is really adamant about that. He's really protective. We don't want them getting used to that life. It's a weird existence. I used to be of the attitude, many years ago, that I would just live my life and not care. But at the same time, you shouldn't just throw caution to the wind, because there are consequences to that lifestyle."
