British actress Emily Blunt appeared in London to premiere both her latest movie, Gnomeo and Juliet, and her new hair color.
Normally a brunette with the occasional red highlights, Blunt has become known for her striking dark features paired with her light complexion.
While I prefer her brunette locks, I can't say that she doesn't look great wearing the lighter ones! What do you think of her new look?

PHOTOS: Vanessa Hudgens as the New Candies Girl

Britney who? Zac Efron's girlfriend High School Musical actress Vanessa Hudgens is the newest celebrity face for Candie's. Fashion photographer Tony Duran shot the 22 year-old's Spring campaign for the brand, which is sold exclusively at Kohl's.
"It’s such an honor to be a Candie’s girl... We had a blast shooting the campaign, one of my favorite sets was using the diner countertop as a runway, it’s definitely not every day I get to do that," Hudgens said of the shoot.
Billboards and ads for the campaign are expected to launch in March.

Lady Gaga Perfume to Smell Like Blood, Semen
Posted by Robin Paulson Categories: Celebrities, Health & Beauty, Rumors,
Will it never end? It's bad enough that every celebrity -- from A-list to D-list, fresh-faced to washed-up -- has their own fragrance, but Lady Gaga has taken it to a new, bizarre level. Unlike previous scents of rose petals and women's independence, the pop star reportedly wants her perfume to smell like blood and semen.
Just another outlandish rumor Lady Gaga planted to have the internet talking about her latest entrepreneurial venture? Maybe, but I wouldn't put it past the eccentric singer to celebrate her sexuality and morbidity through a scent. She did, after all, wear a dress made out of rotting flesh.
Are her die-hard little Monsters going to actually wear the blood-and-semen smell, or will they just prop the bottle up in their shrines? Would you wear it?
Perhaps the best test of all would be whether or not Angelina Jolie -- who once wore a vial of ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton's blood around her neck -- would wear the smell.

Androgynous It Model Andrej Pejic Stars in JPG Campaign
Posted by Robin Paulson Categories: Editorials, Fashion Designers, Models,
Jean Paul Gaultier's Spring/Summer 2011 campaign preview is out, photographed by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin. The photos star Karolina Kurkova and Andrej Pejic -- can you tell who's who?
I could be casting off the images because Love beat them to the punch with their Lea T/Kate Moss cover, but I just don't think that Gaultier's version is as interesting, considering they're creating the illusion of a gay couple. Well, I suppose it wouldn't be an illusion to those who have no idea Andrej is a male model. On a different note, I understand that Gaultier needs his logo in there somewhere, but does it have to be so blatant and distracting?
For a better look at Andrej's feminine face, check out the other photo after the jump.

Items Du Jour: Japan Infiltrates Givenchy, Natalie’s Ring, and Lazy Lagerfeld
Posted by Robin Paulson Categories: Celebrities, Fashion Designers, Fashion Shows, Health & Beauty, Models, News,
-- Riccardo Tisci borrowed a little inspiration from the East for Givenchy's Spring 2011 couture collection, which was modeled by an exclusively Asian cast. Like last year (much to many celebrities' dismay, I'm sure), Tisci limited the guest list to wealthy serious buyers.
-- Don't you wish you could vote Miuccia Prada into office? Well, the designer says that a life of politics is not out of the question.
-- A touch of Playboy bunny, a dash of Pirates of the Caribbean, and a sprinkle of Katy Perry make for Rihanna's upcoming music video for her song, "S&M."
-- Oscar nominee Natalie Portman's fiancé Benjamin Millepied looked to dancer-turned-jewelry designer Jamie Wolf when it came to choosing a one-of-a-kind design for the actress. "We wanted everything about the ring to speak to things that are important to Natalie," Wolf tells InStyle.
-- Who is Karl Lagerfeld's worst critic? Himself! The famed fashion designer tells Vogue that -- despite designing for his own label, Chanel, and Fendi -- he "could do better," and that he is "never pleased" with himself. He then gets pretentious by talking about how he reads pretentious books.
Quote of the Day: Tom Ford on His Naked Interview
Posted by Robin Paulson Categories: Fashion Designers, News,
"I explained how when I come home I actually take off all my clothes, and I wear no clothes until I leave. I eat naked. I do everything completely naked. He said, 'That would make a great interview.' I said, 'Fine, we have to do it nude.' ... Anyway, we did the interview. The interviewer was straight, and I made it a point to desexualize the interview even though I was sitting with my legs wide open, completely naked. At the end of the interview, I put on a dressing gown and he put on his clothes, and I sat next to him on the sofa and said, 'Was that sexual?' He said, 'Absolutely not.' And I said, 'That’s because I didn’t make it sexual. Sexuality is in the eyes, it’s an expression, it’s in a look.' Then, all of a sudden, I looked at him in a very different way, and it made him very nervous."

Some Thoughts on Justin Bieber’s Love Cover
Posted by Robin Paulson Categories: Celebrities, News,
Justin Bieber's Vanity Fair cover was only the beginning. The teenage pop phenomenon has affirmatively infiltrated the fashion magazine world, snagging the alternative cover to Kate Moss and Lea T's version of Love's androgynous issue. Terry Richardson shot the 16 year-old, whose gender seems to have saved him from the photographer's sexually-hyped signature. Here are some burning questions I had when I came across the cover:

Giles Deacon will collaborate with Nine West on a capsule collection.
The British designer is one of a group of up-and-coming designers, artists and musicians the company has teamed up with to ensure a constant source of freshness for their brand under their new Shoelaborations initiative. "The rationale really is finding people with a great niche and following, and working with them to bring Nine West into their worlds," said Stacy Lastrina, chief marketing officer at brand parent The Jones Group.
Creative Director Fred Allard told WWD that Giles and fellow collaborator Sophie Theallet will "bring a new aesthetic to our stores," calling Sophie's designs "fresh and feminine" and Giles' style "futuristic, modern and exciting."

Is Kelly Osbourne the New Face of Material Girl?
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Celebrities, Fashion Designers, Models, Rumors,
Kelly Osbourne is reportedly set to be unveiled as the new face of Madonna's Material Girl clothing line.
The Fashion Police presenter will take over the role from Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen after the brand recently launched an appeal on its website, asking fans to choose their preferred celebrity ambassador for the label.
"Kelly's always been a massive fan of Madonna and recently heard Lourdes idolized her, which she was very flattered by. It's a huge coup," said a close friend of Kelly's.
The new appointment could help to heal a rift between Madonna, 52, and Kelly's mother, presenter and rock manager Sharon Osbourne, who is renowned for her sharp tongue. "She is full of s**t. I would like to punch her. She's a tart," Sharon said of Madonna in 2005.
A source, however, revealed Sharon will support Kelly if she does take on the modeling gig: "Sharon and Kelly are very, very close and she will support her daughter with all her heart, like she does all her children. If Kelly ends up modeling for Material Girl, it will be great."

Lea Michele led the way at this year's Golden Globes by looking stunning in pink.
The Glee actress wowed onlookers at the prestigious ceremony in Los Angeles' Beverly Hilton Hotel Sunday night in a ruffled asymmetric Oscar de la Renta gown, which showed off her figure perfectly.

Speaking of her hot pink Alber Elbaz-Lanvin gown, Julianne - who was nominated in the Best Supporting Actress (Comedy) category - said, "Alber phoned about 15 minutes after I was nominated. He said over the phone, 'How do you feel about pink?' and I said, 'Yeah, whatever.' "
