Sargent Says: Let It Snow…Somewhere Else (For Real, This Time)

Not Eric SnowOkay, okay…I get it.  Eric Snow may not be the worst “Snow” around these days.

Thanks to Cleveland.com for the embedded picture.  For those that care, this pic was taken right outside the place where I spend the majority of my time (awake), right in the heart of it all in downtown, Cleveland.  And by “heart of it all” I mean Quicken Loans Arena, a CVS, and some panhandlers.  Now, if I get off of work tomorrow - which would be my first ever adult snow day - I’ll be alright with this mess.  Otherwise, I won’t be too thrilled.

To save face, since this is a fantasy hoops site and all, Dwyane Wade left tonights game with an elbow injury.  I haven’t seen updates, but his whole “fall down seven times, stand up eight” streak has officially been broken.  He laid there for a good few mintues.  Hopefully, for owners, he’s alright.

Non-fantasy related, Ray Allen and Mehmet Okur have been added to the all-star game, replacing Allen Iverson and Steve Nash.  I may be wrong, but this leaves Tony Parker as the West’s only true point guard, right?  I’d expect Joe Johnson, or as some refer to him as The Armadillo Cowboy, to be added as well - assuming Jason Kidd can’t make the trip.

OK, that’s all i got…

Update: Wade’s back…forget everything I just said.  Except the part about the snow, as there’s still plenty of that coming down.

Another Update:  It’s now Wednesday…and I’m at work.  So much for that “snow day” talk as well.  Here’s another pic.Fun Times
