Jack McCollough vs. Jack Bauer

Fashionistas everywhere (myself included) have been weeping for their beloved designer, Jack McCollough, who received several injuries from 24 star Kiefer Sutherland at a Met gala after-party last week.

McCollough’s rep recently reported that his injuries were so bad that he needed surgery: “Mr. McCollough suffered a broken nose in three places as a result of the assault… He received medical treatment last night after consulting with physicians.”

Last Thursday, Sutherland was charged with third-degree assault, which can end in anywhere from a $1,000 fine to a year in jail.

An upcoming issue of will reveal that Paula Abdul suffered painkiller addiction and sought treatment for this affliction, but practically on the heels of giving the interview Abdul has denounced pretty much the entire thing. “I was quoted as something I didn’t say,” she tried to explain the situation on a recent radio show.

So…was Paula Abdul ever addicted to painkillers? Did she go to rehab for this problem? She’s saying no…but only after she said yes first. Confused? That’s just classic Paula Abdul.

Senn Penn and Robin Wright PennIt may have only been two months since they appeared at the Academy Awards together, but the glow for Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn has already ended.

Late last week, the Milk star filed for legal separation from his wife of 13 years. The moves comes approximately 16 months after Robin filed for divorce. Although he briefly dated model Petra Nemcova in 2008, Sean and Robin reunited several months later.

Penn, who listed “irreconcilable differences” as the cause, is seeking joint custody of their two kids: 18-year-old daughter Dylan and 15-year-old son Hopper Jack.
