Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael DouglasMichael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones are planning to renew their wedding vows.

The couple - who have children Dylan, 13, and Carys, 10, together - separated last August after 14 years together but reconciled later in the year and now want to reaffirm their commitment to one another on their shared birthday in September.

"Michael and Catherine have been through a lot together over the last few months. They would love to renew their wedding vows and have thought about doing it on their shared birthday, September 25th," a source said.

The Hollywood couple have sought therapy to help get their marriage on track and now have a number of systems in place to help maintain their relationship. "Counselling has been a massive help for Catherine and Michael. They've been working on different ways to express feelings - including daily journals. They only show them to each other if things get bad - it's a way of giving them an outlet. They're going to take one month apart a year - they've realised how important it is to take a breather and allow themselves time to take stock," the source explained.

Kristen Stewart and Rupert SandersRupert Sanders allegedly still has feelings for Kristen Stewart.

The Snow White and the Huntsman director's marriage to model Liberty Ross crumbled when his fling with the 23-year-old actress was exposed in Los Angeles in July 2012, and he is reportedly still pining over the brunette beauty.

"His family is wrecked. Even though he has admitted to everyone in his life that the long-brewing affair was a terrible idea, he still hasn't been able to get over his feelings for Kristen. He fell in love with her a long time before he laid a finger on her, and he's finding it difficult to shake," a source said.

The 42-year-old filmmaker is still friends with Kristen, who split from her long-term boyfriend Robert Pattinson in May 2013 after they struggled to move past her "momentary indiscretion," and hopes they might have a future together. "Rupert, against all better judgement, still holds out hope that he and Kristen can get things going again, but he's completely deluded - she would never put her career on the line like that again," the insider added.

Robin WrightRobin Wright admits her divorce from Sean Penn was "devastating."

The House of Cards star, who recently got engaged to her boyfriend of two years, Ben Foster, revealed she and the Milk star tried to save their marriage several times for their children, Dylan, 22, and Hopper, 20, before they finally split for good in 2010.

"Divorce in and of itself, and with children, is devastating. Worse than that. One of the reasons why we got back together and broke up so much was trying to keep the family together... and we did that for a long time," the 47-year-old actress said.

Robin, who has her new fiance's initial tattooed on her wrist and admitted she gets Botox, hinted that she and her 53-year-old ex-husband, who recently started dating Charlize Theron, are no longer on speaking terms: "Sean sees the kids. They see him. They see me. We've all got our own lives."

The 82-year-old actor recently revealed he has developed obstructive pulmonary disease, despite quitting smoking 30 years ago, and he admits he has learned a "lesson" about his former deadly habit.

Discussing his diagnosis last May, he said, "I thought, 'This is unfair. I quit a long time ago. Why is this happening to me?' But it's a lesson that I had to learn. Melissa GeorgeMelissa George has given birth to her first son.

The "Good Wife" actress and her boyfriend Jean-David Blanc welcomed baby Raphael into the world on Thursday, and the 37-year-old beauty couldn't be happier. She announced the news on Twitter yesterday, writing, "Welcome to the world! Our beautiful son just born at the American hospital of Paris. There are no words to describe the love."

The Alias actress previously revealed she fell for the French entrepreneur instantly when they met in 2012 and always knew he'd make a great father: "It's a cliche that when you know, you know, but it was kind of effortless. When I met Jean-David, it just evolved into an extension of our love. It's absolutely the greatest news because we're so right for each other. It was love at first sight. We knew, instantly. Everything else went away. Everything went quiet."

Melissa was married to Chilean director Claudio Dabed until for 11 years until they split in 2011, but says she's not ruled out a wedding with 45-year-old Jean-David in the future. "I'd [get married] again in a heartbeat. I don't think 'because it didn't work out the first time, it won't work out.' When you have a baby together, it's something that would be an extension," she added.

Miley CyrusMiley Cyrus isn't passionate about acting.

The "Wrecking Ball" singer - who shot to fame aged 12 after starring in Disney TV show Hannah Montana - is no longer interested in appearing in movies because she hates having to pretend to be someone else.

"I'm just not passionate about acting, because I don't like to pretend to be somebody I'm actually not. Why should I put on strange characters? I prefer to show my true colors as the real Miley Cyrus," she said.

The 21-year-old star also spoke out to demand more "tolerance" in the world and admitted she doesn't understand how discriminatory attitudes are still held in the modern world: "I think a lot about politics. Despite the fact that it's the 21st century and America is so proud of being a free country, sometimes incomprehensible things happen in our society. There is racism and discrimination. I fight against that. I demand more tolerance, especially for homosexuals, who of course should be allowed to marry.
