Courtney Love Loses Custody of Frances Bean

After a “long period of unstable conduct” and failure to appear in court this last Friday, Courtney Love lost legal control of her daughter.
Frances Bean, 17, is the only child born to Love and late father Kurt Cobain. The new guardians appointed to Frances are Kurt’s mother Wendy O’Connor and sister Kimberly Dawn.
Courtney Love has not yet responded to the reports.

Child Services Checks Up on Tiger Woods

The Florida Department of Children and Families stopped by the Tiger Woods residence on Friday for a quick “check.” They said the visit was prompted by a complaint, though no further details about that complaint are being released.
According to the Department, such checks are routine after a complaint has been made. They look after the safety and well-being of adults and children both.

Cindy Crawford Prefers to be MILF Over Cougar

Cindy Crawford wants to be a “MILF.”
The 43-year-old supermodel - who is married to Rande Gerber - hopes people still think she’s sexy, even though she is now mother to two children, Presley, 10, and Kaia, 7.
“I don’t want to be a cougar, I want to be a MILF. I hate that word cougar and what it represents. MILF is a word I absolutely love. I like that tag because I think there is a worry for all models that the moment you have kids the perception of you is going to change.”
A MILF is an abbreviated slang term used to describe a sexy woman who has children. Cindy says her personality has been affected by the aging process and doesn’t believe people find her as attractive as they once did.
“Age can be daunting, but you can’t stop it. I know 20-year-old guys don’t look at me anymore. I don’t feel it like I used to. I remember walking down streets in New York at the height of my modeling career, my hair up, and all the construction guys would go crazy. It’s different now.”

Tiger Woods is currently at an “undisclosed location,” and he does not appear to be holed up at his Orlando home with wife Elin Nordegren.
The press response to Tiger’s single-car crash has been so overwhelming, and the affair rumors are coming so quickly, it’s no wonder the golfer has gone incognito.

Alec Baldwin Through with Acting?

The Drama King is back. Alec Baldwin has recently revealed that he will be leaving Hollywood when his 30 Rock contract expires in 2012. It seems the Mayans were right - the world really is coming to an end.
“I don’t have any interest in acting anymore,” Baldwin explained. “Moves are part of my past. It’s been 30 years. I’m not young, but I have time to do something else.” Like a stint on I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here, an NBC summer reality series two of his brothers participated in last season.
It gets even weirder from there. “I consider my entire movie career a complete failure,” Alec Baldwin added. So, he also saw The Marrying Man. “I’ll tell you why. The goal of moviemaking is to star in a film where your performance drives the film, and the film is either a soaring critical or commercial success, and I never had that.” Ah, but Beetlejuice will live on in pop culture for ever.
So, the most successful Baldwin brother says he’s through. Anyone care?

Tiger Woods Injured!

Early Friday morning, golf superstar Tiger Woods was injured in a car accident near his home in Florida. Woods was taken immediately to Health Central Hospital to treat facial lacerations. His condition was first reported to be “serious.”
According to reports, the golfer hit a fire hydrant and a tree on a property approximately 100 feet away from his own driveway. Police at the scene say that alcohol was not a factor in the accident.
Tiger’s rep delivered a recent update to the press, saying the accident was “minor” and that Woods has already been “released in good condition.” He’s scheduled to appear in Thousand Oaks, California on December 3. There’s no word yet on whether or not he’ll make the gig.

Courtney Love Cobain’s on Facebook, and if you ever check out her Wall you’re going to see a lot of weird $***. Some of her recent writings are so off-the-wall, the social networking site might need to come up with more upgrades. It all began with a rant on actor and ex-boyfriend Edward Norton, with whom she called it quits around a decade ago.
Love was ranting about “my will” when she wrote “needs altering as it has Edward in it and Norton doesn’t have a CLUE how evil his own BM is he wont (expletive deleted) a future Senator/Film Actor but hell purposefully refinance Kim Cobains Property i bought her cash outright…” It goes on from there, getting stranger and stranger until it winds down with “oh yeah Norton just LOST 300k.”
But that’s even the really (expletive deleted) crazy part. Courtney then goes on to talk about Britney Spears.

Sarah Palin’s bus rolled into Noblesville, Indiana earlier this week…and left hundreds of disappointed fans in its wake. The former governor of Alaska was supposed to sign one thousand books for eager readers brandishing copies of her Going Rogue, but bailed on the event early.
Around three hundred fans were left with their books still unsigned, though they’d been given wristbands to guarantee a signature on their freshly-purchased Palin tomes. Listen to them roar in the video above.

Will John McCain Go Rogue to Combat Sarah Palin?

Sarah Palin has gone on record while promoting her new tell-all (Going Rogue) to speak out against the McCain camp…but her former running mate could soon answer with a few stories of his own.
Rumor has it that no less than thee different book agents and/or publishers have approached John McCain, offering many millions to get him to share his side of the story. One unnamed publisher is quoted as saying that such a tome “would be the hottest book of the year. Even bigger than Sarah’s book.”
But will McCain actually do it? Only time - and press releases - will tell.

Nicolas Cage Countersued By Business Manager

Movie star Nicolas Cage recently admitted to having some serious financial troubles, suing his business manager because of his missing funds. But the manager - Samuel Levin, CPA - has filed a countersuit against the actor.
Levin said that Cage “had already squandered tens of millions of dollars,” when he was hired, and that the National Treasure star owed “millions” in “income taxes, with no funds available to pay the tax debt.”
The countersuit claims that Levin told Cage he needed to make at least $30 million per year to continue living in his usual manner. Levin says that in 2007 alone, the actor purchased three homes for the sum of $33 million and twenty-two cars (nine of which were made by Rolls Royce), among other extravagant purchases.
