It’s time once again to congratulate those celebrities entering into parenthood:
- Lisa Bonet: Just last week, the former Cosby Show star marked her return to television in the debut of Life on Mars. Now Bonet is planning her return to motherhood. In an interview with People, the 40-year-old actress revealed that she is currently expecting her third child. This will be the second baby for Bonet and her boyfriend, actor Jason Momoa. Lisa also has a 19-year-old daughter (actress Zoe Kravitz) from her marriage to singer Lenny Kravitz.

From the word go, comedy has been a huge factor for the election season. From the astonishing 20-plus contenders to the hysterical primary debates, it’s been one heck of a ride to the White House - and it still isn’t over. Sarah Palin shocked the world by jumping from unknown politician to media darling, but through the last few weeks the American public has had something solid to look forward to: Tina Fey spoofing her.
The two SNL skits featuring Fey as Palin have already reached legendary proportions, re-played by competing broadcasters and posted all over the Internet so that all might enjoy. “That lady is a media star,” Fey said recently of Palin in an interview with TV Guide. “She is a fascinating person, she’s very likeable. She’s fun to play.” And hilarious to watch.

Britney Spears Opens Up in MTV Documentary

What do Barack Obama and Britney Spears have in common? They both have plans to deliver their own message in separate primetime specials.
To help promote her sixth album (and to show the world that she’s finally back on track), Britney Spears will open up her life for an upcoming MTV documentary. The feature - titled Britney: For the Record - will give fans behind-the-scenes access into the pop star’s life. Shot over a three-month period, the 90-minute piece includes video of Spears in the recording studio and preparing for the VMAs.
In the doc (which can be previewed after the jump), the revamped 26-year-old will also candidly address the craziness from the past couple of years. Britney hopes this special will allow her to tell her side of the stories.

Hugh Hefner and Holly Madison Part Ways

So much for the rumors of a fourth girlfriend. It looks like Hugh Hefner may soon be starting all over again—period.
Despite constant denials about changes within the Playboy Mansion, Holly Madison recently admitted to TMZ that she is no longer the Hef. This news comes just as the fifth season of The Girls Next Door is getting underway.
Over the past few weeks, the buzz around the trio’s status has really started to pick up. Paparazzi photos of Holly Madison partying with illusionist Criss Angel haven’t helped the matter. Neither has Kendra Wilkinson’s supposed relationship with Philadelphia Eagles star Hank Baskett.

Paris Hilton Continues Her Fake Presidential Campaign

If you thought Paris Hilton’s presidential run ended with her first campaign video, you were wrong. Although the hotel heiress has been spending a lot of time lately looking for a new BFF, she has not yet set aside her political aspirations.
In her latest clip (which can be seen after the jump), Hilton seeks out advice from a former fake politician—the West Wing‘s President Jed Bartlet (a.k.a Martin Sheen).

Helio Castroneves Indicted for Tax Evasion

UPDATE: Castroneves was acquitted on six counts of tax evasion. A mistrial was declared on the seventh count.
Have we learned nothing from Richard Hatch and Wesley Snipes?
Helio Castroneves, the former winner of Dancing with the Stars, was indicted today for federal tax evasion. According to the indictment obtained in Miami, the 33-year-old underpaid the government between 1999-2004.
Helio, along with along with his sister (Katiucia Castroneves) and lawyer, are currently being accused of hiding over $5 million of the race car driver’s earnings. The trio allegedly tried “to conceal and disguise the true and correct amount” by using an offshore Panamanian shell corporation. Each defendant faces charges of conspiracy “for the purpose of impeding, impairing, obstructing, and defeating the lawful government functions of the Internal Revenue Service.”
According to the Miami Herald, all three are expected to appear in federal court tomorrow morning. Convictions on all counts could equate to approximately 30 years in prison per person.

David Letterman Makes Anne Hathaway Squirm

And up until now, I thought Dave only liked to make Paris Hilton squirm.
Last night on the Late Show with David Letterman, the host got his chance to talk to Anne Hathaway - the former girlfriend of con man Raffaello Follieri. Although the actress was primarily on the show to promote her upcoming movie (Rachel Getting Married), she was forced to put on a brave face when the subject of her shady ex came up.
Given the host’s natural tendency to bring up uncomfortable topics, it’s fair to say Hathaway probably expected the line of questioning. That said, I still felt a bit sorry for the girl.

It’s time once again to congratulate those celebrities entering into parenthood:
- Marisa Nichols: The 24 actress and her husband became first time parents earlier today. Nichols and Taron Lexton, a director, welcomed a baby girl just after 2 AM this morning. Although Rain India Lexton wasn’t expected to arrive until October, she still weighed in at healthy 7 lbs., 5 oz.
- Andrew Firestone: The former Bachelor and his new wife, Ivana, have just announced that they are expecting. This news comes just months after their July wedding. The baby - who was apparently conceived right after the nuptials - is due in mid-April. Andrew, who was once engaged to contestant Jen Schefft, has been with Ivana since early 2005.

Those of you who followed Survivor‘s season in China might remember the flirtation that blossomed between fellow Zhan Hu members Erik Huffman and Jaime Dugan. If you do, you should be happy to know that Erik’s vulnerable moments with the cute blonde weren’t a complete waste. Almost a year after revealing to
Jaime that he was still a virgin, the 27-year-old musician and the 23-year old Mercy Ministries employee are now engaged.
Needing help to plan a long-distance ceremony (the Nashville-based couple are hoping to marry in her hometown of Charleston, SC), the pair submitted a video in a wedding contest. The clip - which details the story of their sweet courtship - can be seen after the jump.
