On Gear Live: 2024 Nissan Z Nismo Review

Rachel Weisz and Daniel CraigDaniel Craig can't get drunk anymore. The 44-year-old actor hates having to monitor his behavior in public since he became famous and especially regrets not being able to go to a bar and get drunk like everyone else.

"You talk to people in the movie business who have been doing this 40 years and they all say the difference is that, back in the day, you could go and have a drink in the bar, get drunk, fall over, have a good time, relax, whatever, and no one would know about it. But now everyone's got a camera. Not that all I want to do is get drunk in a bar, but that's an example. So you can't live a normal life anymore. Because it will become public knowledge that you've gotten drunk in a bar or skinny-dipped on a beach or something," Daniel told Vanity Fair.

The Skyfall star - who is married to Rachel Weisz - says his role as secret agent 007 has inspired him to forgo his wild ways and remain "high class,"" and he regularly turns down the offer of complementary martinis from James Bond fans in a bid to stay true to his classy on-screen persona.

The mortified Duchess of Cambridge is reportedly terrified she has ruined her reputation and embarrassed her husband after she was completely exposed in a new series of intimate photos.

Kate Middleton and Prince WilliamBritain's Duchess Catherine and Prince William have won an injunction preventing a magazine from publishing further topless pictures of the brunette royal.

Mondadori France, French Closer magazine's publishing company, will be fined $13,000 a day if they publish further topless paparazzi images of Catherine sunbathing or transmit them to a third party via email or any other means, it has been ruled in a French court today. It was also decided that Mondadori - owned by former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi - will have to pay $2,600 towards legal fees.

A court in Nanterre, near Paris, opened a separate criminal investigation earlier today over the publication of the images in the magazine after a formal complaint was made on behalf of Catherine and William, who are currently in the final stages of an Asia Pacific tour. The initial investigation will be carried out by BRDP, a branch of the French police. The decision will allow a prosecutor to decide whether or not to proceed with a full investigation into whether Closer magazine and the photographer broke the couple's right to privacy. Separately, the board of a newspaper that published the topless photos will meet today to consider closing the paper, it said.

Keira KnightleyKeira Knightley used to have "no life" apart from acting. The Anna Karenina star - who shot to fame in 2002 comedy drama Bend it Like Beckham - used to avoid going out so that she wouldn't have to be photographed by paparazzi, and the intrusion once got so bad at the Glastonbury music festival she hid in a trailer and refused to leave.

"I literally had no life outside of acting, and I just wanted to go off and not be 'on' all the time, not be photographed. I once went to Glastonbury and was completely surrounded by packs of paparazzi the entire time, so I ended up sitting in a trailer, unable to go out."

While Keira - who made her big screen debut in thriller movie Innocent Lies aged 10 - used to hide away off-screen in the early stages of her career, the 27-year-old beauty loves to portray powerful women who have some "bite" in her films.

Kate Middleton and Prince WilliamBritain's Prince William has vowed wife Duchess Catherine will not suffer the same press intrusion as his late mother did.

The Duke of Cambridge was left furious after pictures of his spouse sunbathing topless while holidaying in a private chateau in France were published in French magazine Closer and he now wants to do all he can to protect Catherine's privacy. Those close to him say he doesn't want the duchess - who also goes by her maiden name of Kate Middleton - to be followed by photographers everywhere she goes like Princess Diana was, as he believes the paparazzi contributed to her death in a Paris car crash in 1997.

Vivienne Parry - a close friend of Diana's - told the Daily Mirror newspaper, "He lost his mother to the foreign photographers, he will do absolutely everything in his power to prevent the same thing happening to Kate.

Halle Berry and her daughterGabriel Aubrey's lawyer will almost certainly use the publication of the Kate Middleton topless photographs in his case to keep his and Halle Berry's daughter in America.

The actress is hoping to move to France with Nahla, four, with her actor fiance Olivier Martinez; however her case could be harmed if her model ex uses the new press issue in his argument, according to website TMZ.com. Halle's legal representative has been trying to convince the judge in her custody battle that their child is better off living in France with her mother because the paparazzi are more respectful of celebrities.

Gabriel was already using the paparazzi chasing Princess Diana to her death in 1997 as a reason she would not benefit from the relocation. Now Gabriel's lawyers could mention the images taken of the Duchess of Cambridge, which were achieved by an intrusive photographer who apparently used a telephoto lens to capture intimate shots of her on a secluded balcony.

Macaulay Culkin Macaulay Culkin

Former child star Macaulay Culkin was snapped up in New York City recently looking much better than in recent months.

Just last month, The National Enquirer published photos of Culkin looking extremely gaunt and unwell, prompting his estranged father and his wife to speak out about the 31 year-old. The tabloid alleged that the Home Alone actor - who now works as a DJ - was heavily into heroin and the painkiller oxycodone with little time left to live. His representative, Michelle Bega, denied the accusations.
