Lindsay Lohan’s Legal Troubles Piling Up

Lindsay Lohan dressed conservatively for her court appearance on Tuesday, but even the toned-down look didn’t disguise her from the process server who cornered her in the elevator.
While on her way to discover whether or not she’ll be going to jail for probation violations, Lohan was served with another lawsuit.
According to sources, Lohan directed her staffers to dispose of the process server, but he managed to drop his documents near her low-heeled black pumps before he was escorted off the elevator. California state law says that face-to-face contact must be made when someone is served - even if that someone used to be a huge movie star.
The documents don’t have to be put in Lindsay’s hands to be legally delivered. So, it looks like Linds is getting sued again…and her legal team is already pretty busy.

Sometimes, it’s not so great to be a celebrity (just ask Tiger Woods). While enjoying the 4th of July holiday weekend in Italy with his girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis, Uma Thurman and others, movie star George Clooney nearly became a Roman candle.
As the beautiful people lounged around on a boat floating on Lake Como to watch fireworks explode overhead, one gunpowder creation came careening toward the boat to send the occupants of the vessel into a flurry of motion. The boat was roughly jostled (and lit up just like the 4th of July) during the incident. So far, there’s no word on any injuries which might have occurred.

Awkward Couple of the Day: Nikki Reed and Jaden Smith

Out of the dozens of men whom Nikki Reed could have taken to the Eclipse premiere, the starlet chose Will Smith’s son, 11 year-old Jaden. And I thought that Demi was the epitome of a cougar.
“I invited him when we were on Ellen together. Will Smith came into my room and was like, ‘It would be really cool if you could say hi to my son.’ My jaw was, like, on the floor. I was drooling and flabbergasted. I was like, ‘Yeah, sure! I can meet your son.’ And then Jaden comes in and he’s like, ‘Hey, what’s up?’ because he’s so cool… He taught me some karate moves and I was like, ‘Do you want to be my date to the Eclipse premiere because I don’t have a date? I guess that makes me a cougar. Yeah, I’m a cougar!”

Tiger Woods Jokester Grounded By FBI

A mocking banner reading “Tiger: Are You My Daddy?” did a quick fly-by over last weekend’s US Open, a jab at the golfer which seems to reference the paternity suit filed against Tiger Woods earlier this month. The pilot was supposed to make a second pass of the golf course, but he says he was stopped…by the FBI.
A second sign reading “Happy Father’s Day Tiger LOL” was supposed to fly, but the tower made contact with the pilot with a message from the G-men. The pilot says he was “strongly urged” to “depart the area” ASAP - which he did immediately.

Gisele Bundchen Has Son Christened, Cuts Down on Diaper Usage

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen had her son christened yesterday.
The Victoria’s Secret model and her NFL quarterback husband Tom Brady - who wore matching navy outfits - invited friends and family to St. Monica’s church in Santa Monica, California, for the baptism of their six-month-old tot Benjamin. After the service, the guests left the church - which was also where Tom and Gisele married last year - and celebrated with lunch at the beachfront hotel Casa del Mar.
Meanwhile, the 29-year-old Brazilian beauty claims Benjamin is already potty trained. According to Gisele, Benjamin uses the toilet after breastfeeding in the morning and afternoon after she consulted a parenting manual for tips: “Give it about five minutes, and bang.”
“Every time she calls me to see it, I say, ‘Do not want to see it,’” her sister Tia Patricia added.
Gisele is trying to teach Benjamin to use the potty early because she is trying to cut down on the tot’s use of diapers: “Diapers pollute the environment. Where does this garbage go?”

This photograph of a mostly-naked Miley Cyrus is totally legal - though, we aren’t too sure why. The pop songstress stepped out on Sunday to visit the MuchMusic Awards in Toronto wearing this barely-there creation of mesh and leather.
Cyrus was in the middle of huge media controversy last week when blogger Perez Hilton posted a questionable photo of her exiting a car. In the pic, it was difficult to tell whether or not Cyrus was wearing underwear, thereby exposing a very private area of her body. Anyone who distributes such a picture would be guilty of child pornography.
And yet, she’s well within her rights to wear outfits like this.
