Julien's Auction House Michael Jackson collection has even more legal trouble dead than alive - and that’s really saying something.

It all began when Julien’s Auction House put around 170 items up on the block, a Michael Jackson collection that was bid upon by one Richard Lapointe. The auction, however, was canceled. As a result, Lapointe is suing the Jackson estate and the auction house.

The suit contends that Lapointe was the only bidder on 82 items in the collection, and further mentions that he might have been the highest bidder on 88 more items. Since Julien’s sent confirmation of Lapointe’s bid on these items, he thinks he’s entitled to some money.

Jon and Kate Gosselin

has filed papers against Jon…again. This time, the spiky-haired mom of eight says that her ex withdrew $230,000 from their joint bank account.

Jon says this is not true. “I’ve never taken any money out because over ten years, Kate handled all the banking,” he told The Insider. “I have withdrawn roughly $177,000 over the course of a year, which is less than 10 percent of what we made. That’s like my paycheck.”

Gosselin went on to add more to the story, however. “She’s hiding money,” he accused in the interview. “We have eleven bank accounts. This was just our joint account. She has a best-selling book. Where’s that million dollars?”

This divorce is just getting uglier all the time.

Jon Gosselin

“Kate, I just want to apologize, you know for my actions.” These are the words will speak tonight to Mary Hart on his ET segment. “Now, I have to take the initiative. Let’s both go together, let’s both mediate this thing out.”

I believe “this thing” refers to his recent fallout with TLC, the cable network that made he and estranged wife Kate reality celebrities. Jon Gosselin went apes**t, if you’ll pardon the expression, when Jon and Kate became Kate Plus 8, signifying the new direction of the show. He on his property forbidding the camera crews to do their job and made incendiary remarks through his legal representative, igniting a media firestorm that’s been watched anxiously.

Want to hear the rest? Watch the interview tonight…or, catch it later on YouTube.

Michael JacksonErie Bonnie is suing ’s estate for a “herpes cure, acne cures and arthritis cures” which Bonnie allegedly invented.

In addition to the theft allegations, Erie also claims that “someone from the Jackson family came by my house and shot a 22 pistol in the air. They turned around in a neighbor’s driveway and drove away.”

Sounds quite…unbelievable.

At any rate, the King of Pop’s estate is being sued for nine copyrights, and even an idea for an automobile insurance policy.

So, wait a minute…there’s a cure for herpes?

Dr. Conrad MurrayDespite the Los Angeles Police Department’s attempt to keep Michael Jackson’s autopsy results under wraps, an Associated Press source has confirmed the rumors: the singer’s death was a homicide.

According to a search warrant affidavit unsealed today, the King of Pop’s death was a result of lethal levels of the drug propofol (a.k.a. Diprivan). In the 32-page document, Dr. Conrad Murray revealed that he had been administering 50 mg of the drug nightly to help Jackson sleep. This routine went on for approximately six weeks. Fearing Michael would become addicted, other drugs were later introduced by Murray just days prior to June 25th.

On the morning of his death, Jackson was given another 25 mg of propofol “after repeated demands/requests.”

Robin Wright and Sean Penn

has filed for divorce in her ongoing back-and-forth with husband Sean Penn. After publicly trying to reconcile, it seems the couple cannot make amends. But this time around, it seems the pair is really ready to call it quits.

The papers filed say that “both parties have already agreed” on custody matters and that “the estranged couple have already agreed to division of all property.” Papers were also filed in 2007, which led to the (evidently failed) reconciliation attempt.

“I have no regrets,” said the actress. “We have two amazing children we raised together.”

Dr. Conrad Murray has become the most infamous name in the investigation. A frequent target for DEA raids in the course of the investigation, Murray is believed to have administered Propofol to Jackson. This could have caused the singer’s untimely death. No formal charges have been brought against Murray.

He’s now posted a YouTube video, ostensibly because he is “afraid to return phone calls or use my email.” In his message, the doctor thanks patients and friends for the supportive messages they’ve been sending. “Your messages give me strength and courage and keep me going. They mean the world to me.”
