Leighton Meester and Adam Brody have reportedly got engaged.
The couple - who co-starred in 2011 romantic-comedy The Oranges - only went public with their relationship in February, but are allegedly already planning to tie the knot after the 33-year-old actor secretly popped the question earlier this week.
"Leighton and Adam are crazy about each other and have talked about getting married eventually. But she had no idea when he would propose so soon! It was the surprise of her life and she's ecstatic!" an insider told Star.
The 27-year-old beauty - who is known for her role as Blair Waldorf in teen drama TV series Gossip Girl' - and her beau are keen to have a summer wedding, but are still undecided on the location of their nuptials. "Right now their plan is to get married next summer. They are still deciding if they want a destination wedding or if they'll marry in southern California somewhere," the insider explained.

Kelly Rowland has fuelled speculation she's engaged.
The Destiny's Child singer, who has been dating her manager Tim Witherspoon on and off for four years, flashed a huge sparkler on her wedding finger during a birthday video message he posted for a friend on Instagram.
According to celebrity website Bossip.com, Tim popped the question to the X Factor judge sometime last week but they are yet to make an official announcement.
In the video, 33-year-old Kelly is seen waving to the camera and inadvertently revealing the ring. There were rumors in September that the couple had already tied the knot and kept it under wraps. "Kelly wants to keep her sexy singer image alive, so she's keeping everything a secret. Most people didn't even know she had a boyfriend," they added.

Katy Perry and John Mayer's friends want them to get engaged.
The 36-year-old "Wildfire" hitmaker is expected to propose to "Roar" singer in the near future. "It's inevitable," a source told E! News.
The insider said that the couple are "very serious" and added, "Everyone wants them to get engaged. They are so perfect together."
Katy recently gushed about her feelings for the singer-songwriter, whom she first started dating in June 2012: "I actually am dating my crush. I had a crush on him for a long time." She also insisted she loved being married even though she got a divorce. "Of course. I really loved it. It was a new, fun, exciting journey. But I like how I am now, and I think all things happen for a reason," she said.
John, who previously dated Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Aniston, presented the 29-year-old star with a heart-shaped ruby ring for Valentine's Day in Santa Barbara, California, earlier this year but a source insisted at the time that they weren't ready to tie the knot. "It's a one-of-a-kind Daniel Gibbings ring featuring a 12 carat ruby high-dome cabochon heart shaped centre, accented by two teardrop faceted sapphires and rubies, set in 20-carat gold," the insider said.

Ashton Kutcher is reportedly planning to propose to Mila Kunis next week.
The Two And A Half Men star is keen to pop the question to the 30-year-old actress - whom he has been dating for over a year - after his divorce from Demi Moore has been finalized. Ashton filed for divorce from Demi in December 2012, a year after they split, but he has been locked in a bitter legal battle after the 50-year-old actress reportedly asked for an eight-figure sum in the settlement due to Ashton's involvement in a venture capital fund worth $100 million.
However, the 35-year-old actor has now agreed to hand over a chunk of his multi-million dollar fortune to Demi - who is worth $150 million - as well as some shares in his technology business. "Demi and Ashton's divorce has cast a cloud over his and Mila's relationship because it's dragged on for so long. Thankfully Demi's turned a corner. She's no longer bitter and she wants the divorce over and done with as soon as possible so she can get on with her life too. She's agreed to a settlement of several million and some shares in Ashton's various technology start-ups after he persuaded her to attend a tech conference with him to see for herself how much they'll eventually be worth. They're all happy and the papers are signed and with the lawyers now, so Ashton's free to officially propose to Mila," a source said.

Niall Horan and Katy Perry have joked they are engaged.
The One Direction hunk took to his Instagram account to post a picture of himself and the "Roar" hitmaker - who is dating John Mayer - and quipped she had accepted his marriage proposal. "She said yes ! It's happening! Haha [sic]," she wrote.
The picture sees Katy with her arm draped over the 20-year-old Irish star in a loving way after they met up in Tokyo. Niall is in the Japanese city ahead of the final two shows on the group's huge 100-date Take Me Home world tour, while the 29-year-old brunette is promoting her latest single "Roar."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are suing YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and the rapper claim the billionaire "manipulated" his way into AT&T Park in San Francisco and released unauthorized footage of the moment the "New Slaves" hitmaker proposed to her on her 33rd birthday on October 21.
According to court documents, obtained by gossip website TMZ.com, the couple are accusing Hurley of scheming to post the video of the intimate moment on his new Internet venture, MixBit. Their lawyer Eric George also trashes the entrepreneur, claiming Hurley is desperate to find a "second act" because two of his other businesses have flopped since he sold YouTube for $1.65 billion.
It was previously reported that Kanye invited Kim's close family and friends, along with several well known Silicon Valley founders to watch his surprise proposal, but Hurley wasn't invited and they only let him stay after he signed a confidentiality agreement. They attached a picture of him holding the agreement to the lawsuit, which also states, "Hurley proceeded to try to turn the event into one starring himself, broadcasting the images he knew were the exclusive property rights of someone else."

Lana Del Ray refused to perform at Kanye West's surprise proposal to Kim Kardashian. The 36-year-old rapper popped the question to the reality TV star at AT&T Park in San Francisco on her 33rd birthday on October 21, and was forced to pay an orchestra $50,000 to play Lana's hit "Young & Beautiful" after the 27-year-old singer "politely declined" his request to sing the track, which is one of Kim's favorites, live.
"[Kanye] asked Lana to perform for Kim at surprise marriage proposal in San Francisco. Lana politely declined, and didn't give any reason for not being able to perform. It was a very firm no from Lana and her camp. Kanye did try to push it, but didn't get anywhere. Kanye decided to hire an orchestra to perform the song for Kim, and he was much happier with how it turned out," a source said. "Kim was bummed that Lana didn't perform for the big event, but she is still a huge fan. She just loved that Kanye tried to make it happen. Kim is jokingly saying Lana will want to perform at their wedding," the insider added.

The A-list couple plan to keep their financial assets separate when they tie the knot and have allegedly decided to sign a prenup. According to gossip website TMZ, the contract was especially important to Kim, who was always advised to be responsible when it comes to her finances by her late father, attorney Robert Kardashian.
Despite their decision to separate their fortunes - with Kim rumored to be worth $40 million and Kayne $90 million - the pair will reportedly set up a joint account for household expenses.
The "New Slaves" rapper proposed to his reality star girlfriend on her 33rd birthday this Monday, hiring out the entire AT&T park baseball stadium in San Francisco and a 50-piece orchestra for the occasion. The romantic rapper is reportedly planning to personalize their upcoming nuptials by writing his own rhyming vows. Sofia Vergara and Nick Loeb are likely to wed soon.
The Modern Family star and her businessman fiance are set to walk down the aisle in the near future, according to Nick's father, John Loeb Jr., who believes their union will be "wonderful" because they have such a solid relationship.
"They've been together for three years. He met her when she was a model. I think it would be a wonderful marriage," he told the New York Daily News' Confidenti@l section. John, a former United States Ambassador to Denmark, is hopeful Nick and Sofia will decide to have a baby together wants to become a grandfather again. "I already have two grandchildren, but I'd love to have more," he said.
The philanthropist's comments are a departure from previous reports, since Sofia - who has a son Manolo, 22, from a previous relationship - has so far remained coy about her plans to marry entrepreneur Nick and hinted the pair could have a long engagement. "I was thinking the other day that Americans take engagements like, 'OK, we're engaged. It means let's plan weddings.' But for a couple of Latin Americans, you get engaged, but it's like another stage in your love life. It doesn't mean, 'OK, let's immediately call the flower place.' It's like another period," she previously said.

Kanye West proposed to Kim Kardashian while one of his own songs was playing.
The rapper reportedly popped the question to his reality star girlfriend - with whom he has four-month-old daughter North - with the help of a 50-piece orchestra who played Lana Del Rey's "Young and Beautiful," before the band serenaded Kim with Kanye's chart-topping hit "Knock You Down," which also features Keri Hilson and Ne-Yo on record. According to E! News, the hip-hop star rented out the whole of San Francisco's AT&T Park for the special occasion, which also marked Kim's 33rd birthday yesterday.
