Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-JonesMichael Douglas has denied there is a "crisis" in his marriage to Catherine Zeta-Jones.

The 68-year-old actor, who is currently promoting his new film Behind the Candelabra, insisted that his marriage is "fine" and they are simply having a "temporary separation." Talking to the press at the premiere of his new film he said, "I have a crisis at home? No ... We, we are fine. My wife and I are, are fine."

The pair - who wed in 2000 in a lavish ceremony at Manhattan's Plaza Hotel in New York City - were last photographed together in April and are reportedly receiving counseling in an attempt to save their relationship. Catherine appears to want to do all she can to make things work and maintain her 13 year marriage. According to previous reports, the Red 2 star has admitted to friends she would do "everything in my power" to keep their family - which includes their children Dylan, 13, and Carys, 10 - together.

It has also been said the couple are seeking help through counseling, which has been described as the star's "last throw of the dice."

Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-JonesMichael Douglas' father has urged his son to patch things up with Catherine Zeta-Jones.

The Hollywood couple called time on their relationship earlier this week in order to "evaluate their marriage," but Michael's dad Kirk Jones has begged the Behind The Candelabra star to save his romance before it's too late. "Kirk likes Catherine and has told Michael to sort his problems out. He's been with his wife Anne for almost 60 years and thinks marriage is about sticking with someone through good and bad," a source close to the family told The Sun.

Neither Michael nor Catherine have made any movements to file for divorce or legally separate and are said to be working through their differences. "Michael is still talking to Catherine and their family and friends are trying to help them work through their issues," a friend of the couple said.

The pair's 13-year marriage has been rocked by numerous stresses in the last three years with Michael being diagnosed with throat cancer in 2010 - which he beat - and Catherine suffering from bouts of bipolar II disorder, most recently in May this year.

Kris and Bruce JennerKris Jenner's marriage is reportedly over. The Kardashian family matriarch's relationship with husband Bruce is rocky, and it is said the couple - who have been "separated for months" - haven't made love in years.

"They've had problems for a long time and have been separated for months. They haven't slept together in years and pretty much just have a business relationship at this point. Their marriage is over," an insider said.

The Kris chat show host has been spotted without her wedding ring recently, but it is claimed she tried to stop photographs of her without the band being made public. "There were also promos for her talk show that she wouldn't approved because she realized she wasn't wearing her ring in them. She made sure they never saw the light of day," the source added.

It is said Bruce has grown tired of his wife's fame-seeking "antics" and the former track and field athlete feels it is making him appear "foolish" by association. "He is so sick of the Kardashian machine and Kris' antics. He knows she's making him look foolish. This is a man who was called the best US athlete of all time. But he's so broken down. It's like Kris has sucked the life out of him," another source said.

Jane Lynch and Dr. Lara EmbryJane Lynch's estranged wife Lara Embry is seeking spousal support.

The Glee star announced in July she was legally ending her three-year-marriage to the clinical psychologist, whom she split from in February. Lara has now filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court asking for her attorney fees to be paid by Jane, along with spousal support despite the 53-year-old actress previously seeking to terminate the court's jurisdiction to award spousal support to her ex-wife, according to People.com.

Jane recently insisted their divorce was "not a horrible" thing: "It's not dramatic. "It's not a horrible thing. It's something that we're dealing with. It's two people who just decided it's better to go apart than stay together."

The former couple are determined to maintain an amicable relationship for Lara's daughter, Haden. "All's good. We have a little girl - she has a little girl who's very dear to me. She's 10, and she's doing great ... We have to remain adults, which we have. We keep everybody's - especially Haden's - good in our mind," Jane added.

Jack White and Karen ElsonJack White has hit back at his estranged wife after she was granted a restraining order against him.

The former White Stripes' rocker's spouse Karen Elson - who separated from Jack in 2011 and filed for divorce in 2012 - claims she fears her famous husband is dangerous and may cause her harm following disagreements over parenting rights, but Jack insists she is lying.

In documents filed in response to Karen's restraining order, and obtained by TMZ, Jack claims Karen recently told a friend, "I'm completely in love with Jack and I'd move back tomorrow if he asked me." While the 34-year-old model claims Jack, 38, is not fit to be a parent and has rebuffed his requests to help raise their two kids - Scarlett, seven, and five-year-old Henry - resulting in him becoming increasingly hostile towards her, he insists she often leaves the children with him.
