Katy Perry "bolted" out of a London nightclub when she heard Russell Brand was about to arrive.
The "Part of Me" singer was enjoying an evening at Mayfair hangout Mahiki in a private room, but when someone told her Russell - who split from Katy after 14 months of marriage in December 2011 - was on her way, she quickly left so as to avoid an "awkward run-in."
"She wanted to spend the night singing in the room as it's where her best friend Rihanna normally comes to play when she's in town. Katy was having a great night but bolted out of the door when one of her sidekicks stunned her by telling her Russ was about to turn up. Rather than risk an awkward run-in, Katy didn't take any chances and ordered everyone to move on to a club in Chelsea instead," a source said.
However, the 27-year-old pop beauty needn't have worried as Russell was in the US, where he is facing legal woes after he threw a photographer's iPhone into an office window in New Orleans, where he is filming a new movie.

Courteney Cox will ''always'' love her estranged husband David Arquette.
The Cougar Town actress - who split from the star in 2010 after 11 years of marriage - has not ruled out getting back together with the 40-year-old actor as she loves him "more than anything in the world."
"Who knows what will happen. We're not divorced, and I suppose at some point we will be, but the reason I say, 'Never say never,' is because when my dad was dying he regretted not being with my mum, who he divorced when I was 10. All I know is we're always going to love each other and whoever else comes into our lives will know that our relationship is extremely close, and that has to be accepted. We've both talked about that. We're not your typical broken-up couple. I love David more than anything in the world," Courteney, 47, said of David.
Courteney admits the pair are now "better parents" since they split, and her and David - who recently broke up with his girlfriend Christina McLarty - have a "really great, open relationship."

Peter Facinelli Splitting with Wife

Peter Facinelli is splitting with his wife of 11 years.
The Twilight Saga star - who has daughters Luca, 14, Lola, nine and five-year-old Fiona with Beverly Hills 90210 actress Jennie Garth - says the pair will remain dedicated to their family but is hoping for "privacy."
"While we have decided to end our marriage, we both share the same deep love and devotion to our children. We remain dedicated to raising our beautiful daughters together. We ask for privacy and respect during this time," the couple said in a statement.
Peter and Jennie first met on the set of TV movie An Unfinished Affair in 1996 and married five years later in 2001. The 38-year-old actor is now best known for his appearance as Carlisle Cullen in the Twilight movies alongside Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, while Jennie is most celebrated for her role as Kelly Taylor in Beverly Hills 902010 and for coming fourth on Dancing with the Stars in 2007.

Katy Perry's father insists he holds no hard feelings towards her estranged husband Russell Brand.
The "One That Got Away" singer split from the British funnyman in December after just 14 months of marriage but Keith Hudson claims the family still have a good relationship with him.
"There are no hard feelings towards Russell - I just received a text from him the other day in fact. He is a wonderful and smart guy," he said.
The pastor - who has been married to Katy's mother, Mary, for over 30 years - also blamed the breakdown of the pair's marriage on their busy careers: "Her career got really busy and she did not get to see that much of Russell - it was just one of those things."

Billy Bob Thornton ‘Didn’t Want Kids with Angelina Jolie’

Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thornton's marriage ended because he didn't want kids, according to one of his ex-wives.
Melissa deBin-Parish - who was married to the 56-year-old Bad Santa actor from 1978 to 1980 - claims it was Billy's lack of desire for children that drove them apart: "I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that he did not want to be around children back then. Look at the timeline: she adopted Maddox and then, [Billy] was gone."
The pair - who met in 1999 on the set of Pushing Tin and married after just two months of dating in 2000 - split just three months after adopting Maddox, now 10 - who has since been adopted by Angelina's current partner Brad Pitt.

Jennifer Aniston's friendship with Courteney Cox has reportedly become "strained" since she started dating Justin Theroux.
The pair have been inseparable since meeting at the Friends audition in 1994, but Courteney apparently feels Jennifer has "forgotten" about her since moving in with Justin.
"Jennifer's priorities have obviously changed since meeting Justin," a source said.
Courteney, 47, supported Jennifer through her 2005 divorce from Brad Pitt, and often invited her to holiday with husband David Arquette and their seven-year-old daughter Coco. But the Scream actress is now alone having separated from David in 2010, and is said to be feeling neglected by her loved-up best friend.
"Courteney must feel that Jen has completely forgotten what it's like to be the single girl and that will hurt given how supportive she and David were to Jen over the years," the source added.

Demi Moore Ready to Return to Work?

Demi Moore is reportedly ready to go back to work.
The troubled actress - who has been receiving treatment for "an eating disorder and addiction issues" at a rehab facility in Utah - is said to be feeling "great" following her stint and is keen to take on a number of small projects to ease herself back into the world of work.
"emi feels great and she is eager to get back to work. She has been focusing on her health in the last month and she's getting better every day. Demi wants to work again; she knows that she can handle a few projects so she's looking forward to that," a source close to the star said.
Insiders at Utah's Cirque Lodge facility have previously claimed Demi - who split from husband Ashton Kutcher in November amid speculation he had cheated on her - was "totally committed" to putting her past troubles behind her: "She is totally committed to getting better. Demi has a long way to go, but she is getting better. She has many days where she feels great," a source said.

Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown had a prenuptial agreement drawn up before they got married.
The late singer - who passed away last month at the age of just 48 - signed the document on July 17, 1992, and as well as banning him from accessing her will, it stated the income both parties earned during their marriage would remain separate property.
"Houston shall have the right to dispose of her Separate Property by Last Will and Testament in such manner as she may, in her own uncontrolled discretion deem proper. All future earnings, income, and accumulations resulting from each of the party's respective personal activities, skills, efforts and work (including but not limited to each party's respective earnings, income and accumulations derived from recording contracts, movie contracts, other media contracts, concert tours, endorsements, personal appearances....shall remain separate," the agreement read, obtained by RadarOnline.com.

Elton John To Set Up Katy Perry

Sir Elton John wants to set Katy Perry up with a new man at his Oscars party tomorrow.
The "Rocket Man" singer is hosting his annual post-Academy Awards bash and is setting up a special singles table, where the likes of Katy - who split from husband Russell Brand in December - can cast their eyes over any eligible hunks.
Heidi Klum - who split from husband Seal in January - and Kim Kardashian - whose marriage ended in October - are also set to be on the table.
"Elton wants this year's party to go with a swing, and be more fun and raucous than in previous years. It was his idea to invite some of the highest profile, newly-single female celebs in town. He thinks it's a great way to put a smile back on their faces - and hopefully land them new men. He got in touch last month to personally offer Heidi and Katy his support, and invite them to his bash. Kim Kardashian also reckons she is ready to start dating again, so it could be a lively evening," a source told the Daily Mirror.
And Elton and his film producer husband David Furnish already have a few men in mind: "They will be given fantastic tables, right beside Elton and his husband David. And they have been told there will be scores of hot, eligible - and straight - young men there. David has one or two director pals who are very interested and Elton is keen to fix them up," the source added.

Khloe Kardashian Never Got Kris Humphries

Khloe Kardashian was "rubbed up the wrong way" by former brother-in-law Kris Humphries.
The 27-year-old star admits she was upset by Kris - who was married to her sister Kim for just 72 days last year - from the first time she met him because he was quick to discuss her own one-month pre-marriage relationship with now husband Lamar Odom.
"I personally didn't mesh well with Kris before they got married. The very first time I met him he said, 'No one gets married after 30 days. How much longer are you gunna put up with this charade for?' That's kind of rude. He just rubbed me up the wrong way. My guard was up because I wasn't crazy about him."
However, she admits she did tell Kim - who has been married once before - she did not think he was the one for her: "I gave my opinion. Which everyone saw in the wedding special! We're sisters. I'm very honest, I'll tell you how I feel. With Kim I said my piece. I want her to be happy, and if that makes her happy then fine."
