Liam Hemsworth and Miley CyrusLiam Hemsworth gets career advice from Miley Cyrus.

The Hunger Games actor - who met the star while working on The Last Song in 2009 - admitted having a famous girlfriend and brother, Thor actor Chris Hemsworth, makes working in Hollywood "easier" to deal with.

"It's definitely nice to have people around me like my brother and my girlfriend who have experienced it before. To ask them questions, it definitely makes it easier in that sense. It doesn't make it any easier getting roles. It's just me in the room when I'm meeting directors and reading with directors."

However, the 22-year-old hunk explained he worries he could "lose focus" if he didn't have the support of his family and friends around him: "You lose focus when you don't have good people around you. I think whatever I was doing in this world I would want a loving family that supported me and friends, good people around me that bring out the best."

Elizabeth OlsenElizabeth Olsen thinks her 'It girl' tag is an "ephemeral thing."

The Martha Marcy May Marlene actress - the younger sister of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen - explained while the term has helped her launch her career, she wants to be an "older lady" when she retires from acting.

"I always joke that the term 'It girl' is such an ephemeral thing. And I'm really tying to have a long career until I'm ready to retire as an older lady. So for me, it's really nice that it has helped me kind of start my career and I'm so thankful that it got the attention that it did. Because now I'm in such a cool position of choosing really interesting roles."

While Elizabeth admits she doesn't talk with her A-list siblings "directly about work," they do advise her on what roles she should take: "We don't really talk too directly about work. If we do, it's more just about, 'I'm having a hard time making a choice, can you help me out?' Just anything that you'd ask anyone in your family if you trust their opinions. But, really, all they've done their entire lives was work and they're really amazing workers. They're such strong women that have so many different companies to take over and run and it's just amazing to have those types of women in your family."

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen in ElleAshley Olsen is unlikely to ever act again.

The 25-year-old star - who made her acting debut aged just nine months alongside her twin Mary-Kate in Full House - hasn't appeared in a film since 2004's New York Minute and has no plans to return in front of the camera.

"We worked non-stop until we were 18. Then we decided to take a break and go to school - and that was when we decided to question whether we would carry on in entertainment. It was time to step behind the process. I wanted to work on other things. It doesn't mean I'm not interested in Hollywood, I like the way it operates and the people who are involved and the sense of possibility. But if I ever do get back in, it's not going to be as an actress."

Though Mary-Kate has made some film and TV appearances since New York Minute - including an eight-episode stint in Weeds - she also thinks it "felt right" to step away from acting.

"It just felt right to move away," she said.

Demi LovatoDemi Lovato has relapsed into self-harming and throwing up since leaving rehab.

The "Skyscraper" singer - who was admitted to a treatment facility for three months in November 2010 to receive help for an eating disorder and self-harming - admitted she can never fully recover from her issues but is doing everything she can to keep them under control.

Speaking in her new Stay Strong documentary on MTV, she said, "I cannot tell you that I have not thrown up since treatment. I cannot tell you that I have not cut myself since treatment. I'm not perfect. An addiction is an obsession, something that takes over your mind and your every thought. You think that you can't live without it. For me, it was not eating and purging and self-harming."

Demi - who was also diagnosed with bipolar disorder while in treatment - added that her troubles stemmed from insecurity and feeling she was "living a lie."

"[I was] looking in the mirror and never feeling good enough. I felt like I was living a lie...I was dealing with all this pain, emotionally. And I felt guilt and shame. I decided to take it out on myself. I harmed myself," she added.

Emma Stone at this year's OscarsEmma Stone thinks of her success as "fleeting."

The 23-year-old star - who is soon to be seen in the role of Gwen Stacey in The Amazing Spider-Man - tries not to get carried away by fame because she believes all careers "ebb and flow."

"I'm a big believer in impermanence. It's sort of a wonderful feeling when something bad is going on because you know it will end, and when something good is happening I try not to hold on to it too tight because I know it will go. Success is such a fleeting thing. I've seen how the careers of people I look up to ebb and flow, so I don't get carried away by it."

Emma tries to stay focused on her characters so she knows she has not "sold her soul."

"The articles, the magazine covers - that's not really me. The only thing I worry about is how I'm going to play a character, and then I can go to sleep at night knowing I'm not selling my soul."

Christina RicciChristina Ricci admits having her eating disorder outed at the age of 14 was a "devastating" experience.

The Bel Ami actress - who shot to fame as a child after appearing in the Addams Family franchise - explained while it was a "horrifying" thing to have happen, it made her vow to be "completely honest" for the rest of her life so no one could ever uncover any more of her secrets.

"Somebody actually found out about it and outed me while I was recovering. It was a horrifying thing to do to a 14-year-old trying to cope with a devastating illness. 'Out of rage, I vowed that no one would ever be able to out me for a secret again. So I was going to be completely honest in the rest of my life. I don't want to be hurt in that way again," she told British Marie Claire.

The 32-year-old star admitted becoming famous at such a young age meant it took her "a while" to be comfortable with who she is:

Demi LovatoDemi Lovato had to learn that she was "worth recovery."

The 19-year-old singer - who was admitted to a treatment facility for three months in November 2010 to receive help for an eating disorder and self-harming - explained while she is aware her troubles will always be a part of her life, she now likes to "celebrate" overcoming her demons.

"One of the hardest things was learning I was worth recovery. And I'm allowed to celebrate it, which is a great feeling. Recovery doesn't have a day off," she said, speaking on upcoming MTV special, Demi Lovato: Stay Strong.

Demi has previously admitted her mother Diana is her "anchor," and has made her feel positive about her future once again: "My mother is everything to me. She's my anchor, she's the person I go to when I need to talk to someone. She is an amazing woman. I got through it with the support of people like my mother. You can only make it when you feel that you are loved, no matter what, when you feel that you will get another chance. I am grateful and I am ready to make this year a much better year. I feel great."

Fredrick Windsor and wife Sophie WinklemanThe wedding of Britain's Prince William and Duchess Catherine was "deeply romantic."

Actress Sophie Winkleman - who is married to William's cousin Lord Fredrick Windsor - was very impressed with how well the couple coped tying the knot in such a hugely public way: "I don't know how it managed to capture the feeling of amazing love when it was such a stunningly impressive global occasion but it did. It really was deeply romantic."

Despite her husband's regal background, Sophie insists her spouse's family have been very "welcoming" towards her: "When I went to my first formal occasion, I was definitely wobbly, but the whole family has been very welcoming and warm. And let's face it - all families are pretty complicated."

Sophie admitted she feels "saved" by fashion house Armani as she can always rely on their creations when she has to attend formal events: "Armani saved me. Very fashiony things I can't cope with and I don't know if they suit me, but classic stuff tends to work. Armani clothes are beautifully cut and vey imaginative in their own way but they don't wear you."
