On Gear Live: 2024 Nissan Z Nismo Review

Nicole RichieTwo years ago, photos of a terribly emaciated in a bikini traveled all over the Internet. The skinny star was ridiculed and reported upon for her bony, unhealthy appearance, very public friendship falling out and seemingly out-of-control ways.

Today, Richie looks like the perfect picture of a healthy, happy mother. Richie is often photographed with Harlow in tow and currently is looking fabulously filled-out and fashionable. It’s a wonder what a good thirty pounds will do for a girl.

Now, the star who once seemed to have no future at all is planning a wedding, and perhaps might add even more responsibility to her motherhood role. According to gossip, Richie and boyfriend Joel Madden might be thinking of adoption. “I’m definitely not against adopting,” Madden told recently. “I went to the Central African Republic and fell in love with the place. If I was going to adopt, it would probably be from there.”

DescriptionTripp Easton Mitchell Johnston, first grandbaby for Governor (and former VIP candidate) , entered the world on December 28, 2008. Now, let’s find out just how much clout this youngster has with the tabloids, shall we?

Palin, who emerged from nowhere at the GOP convention and rose to instant stardom, has managed to stay on the radar even though we’re several weeks away from November. Everyone seems interested in the Alaska Governor’s next TV project (we’re all quite sure there will be one), but for now the politician is working on a different role: Grandma.

A role which, if you’re Sarah Palin, may not be without its huge monetary perks. Technically, the money will likely go to daughter Bristol and her boyfriend Levi Johnston - but we all know who’s name is going to sell the cover shots.

The bidding war for the first photos of little Tripp has begun, and some sources are claiming the price started as high as $100,000. That’s more than some real celebrities get - and the number’s only getting higher from there. No price for the pics has been confirmed, but some sources estimate the photos are selling for more than $300,000 - truly, a staggering sum for a child that’s probably still wrinkled and hairless.

Tom Cruise

Tom Cruise is “fortunate to have the teenagers and two and a half-year-old” daughter he has fathered, but that doesn’t mean he wouldn’t like to add more to the crew in the future. In an interview with , he talks about raising a toddler and teenagers at the same time.

“She’s so beautiful, she’s just great,” Cruise says of little Suri Cruise, a favorite among the paps (she appears in more mags than her famous father). Perhaps it’s because the small tot is “so charming,” as her proud papa says.

In the interview, calls himself a “great parent,” saying “my family is the most important thing in my life.”

Ashlee Simpson and Pete WentzWith beach names like “Zuma” already taken, where can a celebrity turn to for inspired baby names? How about Disney?

On Thursday evening, newlyweds Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and welcomed Bronx Mowgli Wentz, their new 7 pound, 11 ounce baby boy. Where have you heard the name “Mowgli” before? Well, that just happens to be the lead character in The Jungle Book.

While many will question the choice for middle name, those close to the pair might have seen it coming. Just weeks ago, the mother-to-be was given a Winnie the Pooh-themed baby shower. Prior to that, the couple were married in a Alice in Wonderland-themed ceremony.

Congratulations to the new parents!

Nicole Kidman, 41, isn’t planning on having any more children - at least, not any time soon. But she definitely thinks current Cruise wife Katie Holmes should.

In a recent interview with Glamour magazine, the titian-haired star said that son Connor Cruise, 13, who was adopted by Kidman jointly with ex-hubby Tom, is longing for a kid brother. She said that he “would like one of us to have a boy.”

And since TomKat already has a little girl, Suri Cruise, seems like the perfect choice to give Conner a male sibling - at least, as far as Nicole is concerned. “He wants that boy,” she stated to the magazine. “Katie?”

Sounds like your womb has been summoned to duty, Holmes.

Gwen Stefani and Zuma Rossdale

As if they didn’t already have one cute child.

After being spotted out with their new son yesterday, Gwen Stefani and her husband, Gavin Rossdale, chose to make it official. On the website for Gwen’s band (No Doubt) the family released a photo of Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale that was taken by the singer’s father. Thankfully, the 2-month-old is a lot better looking than his name sounds. (As if there was any doubt.)

You can find more photos of the handsome tot here.
