The E! News anchor and her husband Bill are currently expecting their first child via a gestational carrier and the happy couple have revealed they will be welcoming a son into the world later this year.
"We are beyond excited to be having a little boy. We are so ready for everything that comes with being a new mom and dad!" Bill said.
Giuliana - who underwent a double mastectomy after being diagnosed with breast cancer last year - added, "We just can't wait!"
The 37-year-old presenter shared the happy news with family and friends at a baby shower in Los Angeles yesterday. Giuliana recently spoke out about the couple's surrogate, revealing she was impressed by her honesty: "If I was her going into an interview with a couple, I would try to be little Miss Perfect. But she was so honest. She's like, 'Yeah, I dye my hair. Sometimes I drink soda, and sometimes I like coffee.' It blew me off-guard because I thought that she was going to be so perfect with her answers. I love that she was honest. It made me understand that the important stuff is what I should be listening for, and that's when I knew she was the one."

JWoww Wants to Be Related to Snooki

The reality TV star's castmate and best friend Snooki is currently expecting her first child with fiance Jionni LaValle and although JWoww doesn't have any children yet, she said the pair have already been making plans for the future.
"Snooki thinks I'll have my first when she has her second. We are about two and a half years apart, so I thought, our kids can be two years apart. They'll date and have babies. I don't even care if they date; I just want them to have kids [together] so we'll officially be relatives!" the reality star - real name Jenni Farley - told Life & Style.
Snooki - whose real name is Nicole Polizzi - is due to give birth in September and has already revealed her planned baby names.

Tom Cruise doesn't want any more kids.
The 49-year-old actor has children Suri, six with wife Katie Holmes and Connor, 17 and Isabella, 19, with former spouse Nicole Kidman but has no plans to add to his brood because he has such a good relationship with all three kids.
"I'm so happy with three. I'm enjoying every second with Suri that I have. And I'm enjoying the relationship with my older kids, and the way it is right now," he said.
While Tom loves spending time with his children, he also recently gushed about his Katie, whom he married in November 2006, saying she makes him feel better just by walking in to a room:
"She is an extraordinary person, and if you spent five minutes with her, you'd see it. Everything she does, she does with this beautiful creativity. She has a voice and warmth as an artist, as a mother. She's funny and charming, and when she walks into the room, I just feel better. I'm a romantic. I like doing things like creating romantic dinners, and she enjoys that. I don't know what to say - I'm just happy, and I have been since the moment I met her. What we have is very special."

"'Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel like it's a mistake for people to get married and then just [have kids right away]. I feel like it is the pressure of the family making them do it. We want to travel and be able to fly on an airplane without a baby and just have freedom," she said.
Meanwhile the 24-year-old whose spouse is former American Idol contestant Paul McDonald says they don't have time for parenthood at the moment: "It's been a little stressful [lately] because it's been so busy. Paul's been recording his album full time, and I've been shooting, so we're both very busy right now."

Holly Madison Wants Kids

The Holly's World star has declined to renew her contract with Las Vegas production Peepshow in the hope she will soon be expecting a child with boyfriend Pasquale Rotella, whom she has been dating for just under a year.
"I'm not pregnant right now but if that happened tomorrow I'd be fine with it," she said. When asked if she is trying to have a baby now, she said, "I'm not trying to prevent it, if that's what you're asking."
Although Holly - a former Playboy model and ex-girlfriend of Hugh Hefner - says she has several unannounced projects in the pipeline and wants to return to the stage, she insists becoming a mother is her top priority because she is in such a good place in her life: "I've wanted kids and that's something I'm definitely doing as soon as possible. It is something that the time in my life is right for. Definitely being with the right guy has a lot to do with it. My relationship is awesome. I'm happier than I've ever been in my personal life."

The daughter of Rock of Ages star Tom Cruise and actress Katie Holmes was apparently petrified of his long legs.
"Suri came to visit me on the film set in Miami. The first time she saw Russell striding over towards her she burst out crying - literally burst out crying on the spot. She was terrified of him," Cruise said. "She isn't used to being around people who are so tall. I mean the man has freakishly long limbs!"
However the 49-year-old then revealed his six-year-old daughter now loves Russell, 37, because he made her laugh by "pulling faces and talking funny."

Alyson Hannigan Gives Birth

Alyson Hannigan has given birth to her second daughter.
The American Reunion actress and her husband, Alexis Denisof, welcomed Keeva Jane into the world on May 23. A representative of the couple told US Weekly, "They are all doing well."
Keeva Jane joins the couple's other daughter, three-year-old Satyana.
Alyson had referred to her pregnancy a few times on Twitter, shortly after fellow celebrity Jessica Simpson gave birth last month she wrote: "Does this mean I now have the biggest bump?"
The 38-year-old star also recently joked that she was '"ready to pop" and said, "I could be doing the math wrong but I think I'm in my 5th trimester (sic)."

Halle, 45, wants to relocate to France with their child and her fiancé, Olivier Martinez, because of their better child privacy laws. However, Gabriel is fighting against the decision and a custody trial is scheduled to begin in the next few weeks.
"The report concluded that Gabriel's relationship with Nahla would clearly change drastically if she moves to France. Gabriel plays a very active role in Nahla's life and has been a doting and loving father and that would obviously change if she moved to France. The report notes that Gabriel takes Nahla to and from her preschool and spends as much time as possible with her under terms of the current custody agreement. The bottom line is that the proposed move to France would essentially cut Gabriel out of Nahla's life and the child psychologist determined that wasn't in the little girl's best interest. However, this is just a report, it will be up to a judge to ultimately decide if Halle will be allowed to move to France with Nahla," a source said.

Kourtney Kardashian is Scared of Commitment

Kourtney Kardashian has commitment issues.
The reality TV star is currently expecting her second child with partner Scott Disick, but says the couple have no plans to wed because she's too scared to.
"I have major commitment problems. I'm really claustrophobic and all my issues - and I have a lot of them - they all stem from this thing. I can't commit to anything - I love Scott, and he is my partner," Kourtney - who already has two-year-old son Mason with Scott - told talk show host Jimmy Kimmel.
As well as Kourtney being happy with Scott, her stepfather Bruce Jenner also revealed he has changed his opinion of the businessman, ever since he became a dad to little Mason. "I have to give him credit. He really has turned his life around. He doesn't drink anymore; he's been a great dad with Mason, he's there all the time. He's really been doing a great job. I commend anyone who can do that," he said.

Hilary Duff thinks having her 10-week-old child Luca Cruz with ex-NHL player Mike Comrie has made their marriage even stronger.
"It's made [our marriage] stronger. Having a baby is a lot of hard work and you really depend on each other for a lot. There is so much love...you can't imagine it until it happens to you and you look at your husband and you're like 'we did this together.' There is so much purpose now, there was before but it is just on a whole other level there is so much joy and excitement every single day. [There's] lots of hard work, [but] its fantastic. [Having a child] has just done so much for our family. Mike and I were married before and that's a great feeling but to really have a child and feel that connection, that unit, it really has been an incredible journey."
