Scott DisickScott Disick is suing Mercedes-Benz.

The Keeping up with the Kardashians star has filed a lawsuit against the auto company, alleging it sold him a "virtually useless" 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG because the vehicle is constantly breaking down.

In legal documents, obtained by gossip website TMZ.com, the 30-year-old failed restaurateur said that the car, which costs $190,000 new, is unreliable and has spent more time in a repair shop in Los Angeles than on the road. Scott is accusing Mercedes-Benz of failing to make the car roadworthy after numerous attempts and is seeking a full refund plus expenses.

News of the lawsuit comes after a difficult few months for Scott, whose father, Jeffrey Disick, died in early January, less than three months after his mother, Bonnie, passed away from cirrhosis of the liver. "[Scott is] very, very sad. The whole family is trying to comfort him. Everyone's upset. To lose both parents so close together, it doesn't seem fair," a source close to the star said.

Philip Seymour HoffmanPhilip Seymour Hoffman admitted his drug habit was going to kill him just weeks before his death.

The Capote actor - who was found dead from an apparent heroin overdose at his home on Sunday - reportedly told friends in December that he was struggling to stay clean from the narcotic for more than few days and even returned to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings to get support to stay sober.

According to gossip website TMZ, the actor was drinking heavily and looked "disheveled and dirty" in the weeks before his death and when asked how bad his problem was, he replied, "If I don't stop I know I'm gonna die."

It was reported yesterday that police found 50 packets of heroin and 20 used hypodermic needles in the actor's New York home. Many of the bags were stamped with "Ace of Spades" or "Ace of Hearts," which users say is heroin cut with a powerful pain reliever called fentanyl.

Woody Allen, Cate Blanchett, and Alec Baldwin with Dylan Farrow inset

Alec Baldwin and Cate Blanchett have responded to Dylan Farrow's open letter.

The director's 28-year-old adopted daughter published a letter in the New York Times on Saturday in which she accused her adoptive father, Woody Allen, of sexually assaulting her when she was seven. The letter also asked various actors who had worked with Woody - including Alec and Cate - how they would feel if it was their child.

Responding to a fan asking if he felt he should apologise to Dylan, Alec - who has daughters Ireland, 18, and Carmen, five months - wrote on Twitter, "What the f&@% is wrong w u that u think we all need to b commenting on this family's personal struggle? You are mistaken if you think there is a place for me, or any outsider, in this family's issue [sic]."

James Righton and Keira KnightleyKeira Knightley wouldn't give up her career for children.

The actress isn't thinking about starting a family just yet but - while she insisted it isn't for her - she believes men and women should be allowed to be "stay-at-home" parents without being criticized: "Would I want to be a stay-at-home mother? No. On the other hand, you should be allowed to do that, as should men, without being sneered at."

The 28-year-old star also wants equality to extend past family life and into Hollywood, but she believes the film industry is still very much a man's world. "There aren't that many female roles. There are way fewer than there are for en and that's always been the case, so there's a lot of competition and a lot of wonderful actresses," she added.

However, she felt no pressure being surrounded by male stars in Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit and she got on very well with the rest of the cast. When asked if she was daunted, Keira said, "Gosh! Should I have been? Generally speaking, with this genre you are the only woman in it. But no, I didn't feel weight on my shoulders. I got on well with all the guys and that's nice."

Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus with her engagement ring insetMiley Cyrus doesn't know where her engagement ring is.

The "Wrecking Ball" singer split from fiance Liam Hemsworth in September last year and claims she doesn't know where the 3.5-carat Neil Lane sparkler he proposed with - estimated to be worth $100,000 - is currently located.

When asked about its whereabouts, Miley replied, "Don't know. Think it's in the shower."

Speaking more seriously, the 21-year-old star added she and Liam, 24, are still on good terms and in contact with each other. "We still talk and communicate. I was with him since I was 16 and nothing's ever going to make that go away. I've known this guy all that time and if it doesn't work out I can still smile and love him and he can love me and that's great, that's the way to be," she added to LOVE.

Leonardo DiCaprioLeonardo DiCaprio claims getting beaten up when he was 15 changed his whole life.

The actor was brought up in a tough area of East Hollywood, Los Angeles, but won a scholarship to University Elementary School in a better part of town, which meant he was in for a shock when he later returned to standard schooling.

"When I went back to the public school system it was like - boom - this is reality. I got beat up the day I arrived because I had the attitude of everyone living harmoniously with one another. That was the motivational thing that happened to me in my life. I was 15, and I said to my mom, 'I want to be an actor. Please take me to auditions.' Because I had to get out of that public school system."

The Wolf of Wall Street star Leonardo, 39, also said his upbringing in an area where there was "a major prostitution ring on my street corner [and] crime and violence everywhere" meant he has never had the desire to take drugs.

Chris Martin and Gwyneth PaltrowGwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are selling their $11.5 million London home.

The couple are moving out of the upmarket area of Belsize Park in North London after a series of arguments with their neighbors, who are upset by constant modifications to their property. "We have had years of their building works. They have taken down trees so they can park their flash cars in the driveway and they put a huge swimming pool in the back garden," a local said.

Another neighbor added, "The trouble is that it will probably be a similar sort that moves in and we'll have this all over again."

Iron Man 3 actress Gwyneth and Coldplay singer Chris - who have Apple, nine, and Moses, seven, together - bought their home ten years ago for $4 million from actress Kate Winslet. They then bought the neighboring property for $5 million as well as another house on the other side and combined all three to make a huge 33-room mansion.

Kanye WestWhile he may be fighting with his Kim Kardashian as to whether or not their daughter North will appear on reality TV, Kanye West at least won't have to worry about facing assault charges anymore.

The Los Angeles District Attorney has decided not to go forward with prosecuting the "New Slaves" rapper over an alleged assault that occurred earlier in the month. Criminal defense attorney Troy Slaten - who is not involved in Kanye's case - speculated that this outcome could happen due to the fact that the alleged victim failed to show up for a follow-up interview with authorities: "If they don't have a cooperative victim, the case is harder to prosecute. If you have no victim, it would most likely get dismissed."

The alleged incident happened in Beverly Hills on January 13th, where Kanye reportedly responded (with his fists!) to a young man who was spewing racial slurs at the paparazzi and Kim Kardashian when she arrived to meet her fiance.

The Pirates of the Caribbean actor owns a private island where he filmed scenes for the swashbuckling blockbuster, and it is said while some of his rock star friends will be in attendance, it won't be a "big, glitzy" party.

"They're having a small intimate ceremony barefoot on the beach in Little Hall's Pond Cay. They are both very private," an insider said.

Johnny new fiancee was recently spotted showing off her large diamond engagement ring for the first time as she saw him perform at a private charity event in Anaheim, California. It seems money is no object for the star, who reportedly spent almost $100,000 on the accessory.
