Charlie Sheen Breaks Gagging Order with Twitter Rant

Denise Richards and Charlie SheenCharlie Sheen has violated the gagging order restricting him from talking about his custody case.

The Anger Management star took to Twitter to air his thoughts about his "Adderall snorting husk" of an ex-wife, Brooke Mueller - with whom he has four-year-old twins Bob and Max - as well as the "anus-brain" judge who granted Brooke's brother Scott temporary custody of the kids on Friday morning, allowing him to move into the socialite's house to care for them.

Charlie let rip on his Twitter account, writing, "So lemme see if I got this straight ... my twin boys are now in harm's way and in grave danger, being 'raised' by a gaggle of incompetent and lascivious marionettes all ruled and fooled by an Adderall snorting husk called Brooke. And guess what CPS and 'I'm Italian' judge anus-brain, you may have gagged me temporarily, but mark my unspoken words, anything happens to my boys, and you will get to know me, know who I truly am, a loving father."

Charlie could face jail for slamming the Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services (DCFS) and Brooke - who has been to rehab on numerous occasions for substance abuse issues - since he was given a restraining order earlier this week containing a gagging clause preventing him from discussing the custody battle or Brooke in public.

However, the 48-year-old actor appeared unfazed by the prospect, ranting, "If this means being jailed for loving and trying to protect my children, then go for it. I have as many friends on the inside as I do out here. My passion WILL NOT be silenced. You are all now standing in my way. I'd recommend a shift in your geography."

This comes after another of Charlie's ex-wives, Denise Richards, renounced her temporary custody of the twins because she felt they were exhibiting "violent behavior" towards her daughters.

Brooke, Denise and Charlie all live in the same gated community in L.A.
