Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's daughter insists she isn't just an attention-seeker.

The former couple's second eldest child, Scout Willis, has no regrets about posting pictures of herself walking around topless in New York City on Twitter last week to protest Instagram's nudity policy after her account was suspended, as she believes she helped create an opportunity for debate.

The 22-year-old aspiring singer penned an article for XOJane.com yesterday, writing, "I understand that people don't want to take me seriously. Or would rather just write me off as an attention-seeking, over-privileged, ignorant, white girl. I am white and I was born to a high profile and financially privileged family. I didn't choose my public life, but it did give me this platform... I am not ashamed of who I am. And for every nasty comment I received there were ten more of support, appreciation, and empowerment."

Scout was furious after the photo-sharing site suspended her account because she posted an image of a sweatshirt she designed, The Babe Bomber, featuring two topless women. Diehard star Bruce, who also has daughters, Rumer, 25, and Tallulah, 20, with Demi, as well as Mabel, two, and four-week old Evelyn with wife Emma Heming-Willis, was expected to be very unhappy about Scout's protest. A source previously revealed he was "mortified" after he saw pictures of Rumer showing a lot of skin at a red carpet event, as he is "a very conservative guy."
