Tori Spelling Denies Feud

“There’s no feud,” Tori Spelling recently spoke out on the mother-daughter feud which has been brewing in the headlines. “We simply never meshed,” Tori says of herself and her mother Candy Spelling, Aaron Spelling’s widow.
“I love my mother. I’ve always loved her,” Tori neatly dismissed claims that a feud brews in the House of Spelling. “It’s not like we’re not talking, we just haven’t talked.” Spelling spoke recently to People magazine to set the record straight.

But it is true that Candy and Tori Spelling have had their ups and downs. For years, Tori and Candy did not speak to each other. The two patched things up when Tori had her first child, son Liam, in 2007. Until Candy Spelling made the surprising decision to sell the family home and hinted at trouble with Tori, the days of Spelling family drama seemed to be done.
Comments made to the press by Candy Spelling, however, seemed to change the picture. She also recently spoke with People, saying “I don’t see Tori and Dean anymore.” Candy says Tori has cut her off, and the grandmother has never seen Tori’s second child Stella (now 10 months of age).
“I, in no way, cut her off,” Tori responded in her statements. “She is welcome to make the effort if she wants to be present in their lives.”
The Spelling daughter was firm that the matriarch of the Spelling family may see her grandchildren whenever she likes. “If she would love to see her grandchildren, she should really make an effort to reach out and see them,” Tori commented.
