Tom Cruise: Self-Proclaimed Great Parent
Tom Cruise is “fortunate to have the teenagers and two and a half-year-old” daughter he has fathered, but that doesn’t mean he wouldn’t like to add more to the crew in the future. In an interview with The Sun, he talks about raising a toddler and teenagers at the same time.
“She’s so beautiful, she’s just great,” Cruise says of little Suri Cruise, a favorite among the paps (she appears in more mags than her famous father). Perhaps it’s because the small tot is “so charming,” as her proud papa says.
In the interview, Tom Cruise calls himself a “great parent,” saying “my family is the most important thing in my life.”

And though he may no longer be married to Nicole Kidman, the two of them still both have a hand in raising their children. “Nic and I are very committed to successful in sharing the parenting,” he says of his two oldest: Isabella, 16, and Connor, 13.
Things are still rosy with Cruise’s second marriage. The actor says that “married life is very good, very lovely” and that wife Katie Holmes is an “extraordinary woman.”
From now on, by the way, Cruise is going to be a little more toned-down in his interviews. The highly outspoken star says he won’t be so forthcoming on Scientology facts in the future. Want to learn more about this system of beliefs? “Go to the Scientology Web site,” Cruise advises.
