Does this mean we won’t have to endure Oksana’s singing anymore?

Five months after saying hello to their daughter Lucia, Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva have decided to say goodbye to each other.

A source close to the couple of approximately a year said that the two simply “drifted apart.”

Mel and Oksana, a Russian musician who wrote music for his film Edge of Darkness, first stepped out as a pair in April of 2009. Their appearance at an X-Men premiere came just weeks after Mel’s wife of 28 years filed for divorce.

Fortunately for the actor, this split, which may have actually happened months ago, should not result in any ugliness. “They’re both working hard on their careers and trying to raise a sweet baby together. They’re still friends and they’ll both raise Lucia together,” the source added.
