fashionably hid her alcohol-monitoring bracelet with a flowing silver, sequin-laden Pamella Roland jumpsuit. Lohan made up for the lack of leg with a plunging neckline.

can’t be blamed for the odd two-tone gold and gray design of this tiny little Dolce & Gabbana number, but her fashion judgment is definitely in question now. The mismatched fabrics create an odd frock, and the cut makes the dress more appropriate for a nightclub than the red carpet. Why K-Stew paired this sassy number with such a severe ponytail, we’ll never know. With a softer hairstyle and a great clutch, the actress just might have pulled the look off.

made the offbeat decision to pair this sparkly silver Zuhair Murad minidress with lackluster heels, fluorescent yellow nail polish and ridiculously blue wig. There is so much going on with her outfit, it can only be described as an utter mess. It’s hard to know what first thought when she saw this Versace gown - or what on Earth could have compelled her to wear it. The top half of this black gown, decorated with silver chain, says “rock star.” The glittering, feathering bottom half screams “flamenco dancer.” The clunky heels are a nightmare, the sleek hairdo a dream. Put it all together, and Christina looks both wacky and wild. Only a recording artist of Aguilera’s caliber would dare wear such a get-up.

Sandra Bullock dazzled the crowd in this backless, heavily-sequined black number. The Oscar winner’s hairdo and make-up were a dream, her speech was both funny and classy and absolutely everything was perfect…with the exception of those truly awful silver heels. Even with this small miss, Bullock was the best-dressed celeb of the night.
