The very thorough autopsy of Jackson’s remains fills fifty-one pages, and it reveals a man who learned how to hide a lot. According to the report, Jackson did indeed suffer from vitiligo. The coroner observed “patches of light and dark pigmented area” on the singer’s “overall skin.” He wore a wig, as his natural has “was sparse.” Jackson also had his lips, eyebrows and eyeliner permanently tattooed on his face to maintain his highly made-up, glammed-up appearance.
Jackson’s autopsy report reveals much more about the way he died than the way he lived, however. According to the coroner, “the standard care for administering Propofol was not met.” This could become damning evidence against Jackson’s physician Dr. Conrad Murray, who recently logged a plea of not guilty to answer his manslaughter charges.
