Lindsay Lohan is reportedly facing a felony grand theft charge after (allegedly) stealing from a Los Angeles jewelry store, a crime which has been avidly reported by the press.

Suspicions arose when Lohan was photographed wearing a necklace that looked eerily similar to a necklace reported stolen by an LA jewelry store. Linds, who’s currently on probation, could face jail time if she’s convicted.

Lohan has been contending that she borrowed the necklace from the store. Lohan may be seen in the picture on the right wearing the necklace of interest.

Lindsay recently left the Betty Ford Clinic, where she was undergoing treatment for alcohol and substance addiction.
