As if she didn't have a care in the world, Lindsay Lohan is back on the party scene despite the a looming court date and continued parole stipulations over her head. This time, however, it would seem that even gravity has a problem with the actress.

Lohan exited a New York bar Wednesday night, only to find her hands and knees meeting the pavement.

True to her nature, Lohan was quick to take to the internet to defend her innocence.

On her Facebook, Lindsay seemed to laugh off the fall, stating, "I'm always a klutz."

Shortly after that, the 24 year-old took to her Twitter claiming something slightly different: "Funny how making a joke can turn into.... well, me falling and a story.. #twisted" She may have had plenty of experience in explaining her drunken incidents, but she clearly hasn't mastered the skill properly.

Just to ensure that the world knew that the fall was not -- according to her -- a result of alcohol, Lindsay released a statement through TMZ: "I was NOT drinking, nor do I drink! I was with my brother, sister and friends. I was making a joke. Just because I'm out doesn't mean I'm drinking."
