It’s time once again to congratulate those celebrities entering into parenthood:

Nicole Richie: The reality star and her rocker boyfriend, Joel Madden, kicked off 9-9-09 in the delivery room. The parents of daughter Harlow Winter Kate Madden added a baby boy to the family. Sparrow James Midnight Madden arrived early in the morning and weighed in at 7 lbs. 14 oz. His big sis will turn two years old this January.

Marley Shelton: The Eleventh Hour actress is now getting up at all hours. Shelton and her husband, film producer Beau Flynn, said hello to a baby girl over the weekend. West Flynn is the first child for the couple. The two have been married since 2001.

Taye Diggs: The Private Practice hunk and his wife, Broadway star Idina Menzel, have just become first-time parents. Son Walker Diggs, came out singing on September 2nd. Mom and Dad have been married since January 2003.

Mark Wahlberg: The Lovely Bones actor and Rhea Durham have more than just a new marriage to celebrate: Their family of five will soon become a clan of six. Sources confirm Mark and his bride are awaiting their fourth child. The two already have a 5-year-old girl, a 3-year-old boy and an 11-month-old boy.

Lisa Loeb: The “Stay” singer will soon be incorporating lullabies into her musical library. Lisa and her husband, Roey Hershkovitz, have just announced that they are expecting their first child. The newlyweds have been married since January.

Michelle Stafford: The single Young and the Restless star is preparing to become a mother with help from a surrogate. Stafford, who tried various options including artificial insemination and in vitro fertilization, ultimately came to this decision after years of trying. The 43-year-old will begin tackling her new role later this December.

Chris Robinson: Kate Hudson’s ex-hubby will soon be making son Ryder a big brother. The Black Crowes lead singer is now anticipating his first child with girlfriend Allison Bridges. The baby is due in the beginning of 2010.

Tisha Campbell: The Rita Rocks set probably looks like a daycare right about now. Last month, star Nicole Sullivan welcomed her second child. Now, Campbell-Martin has a pair of her own. Son Ezekiel Czar Martin, who arrived two weeks earlier than expected, now joins 8-year-old brother Xen in the family.
