Santana (Naya Rivera), pictured above with her prom date Dave Karofsky (Max Adler) wore a stunning, one-shoulder red gown designed by Stacy Sklar. It's available through Macy's, David's Bridal and Dillard's for about $200 USD. Her corsage appears to be small roses or carnations. Either way, it's a fierce and sexy prom look!
Brittany (Heather Morris) was adorable in this bright green frock designed by Betsey Johnson. Her red shoes are the Dolce Vita Scarlett pumps, which retail for less than $100. She matches Artie, who was not her date, in his red tuxedo.
Tina Cohen-Chang (Jenna Ushkowitz) was a gothic dream in her long, tiered lace frock from Betsey Johnson. Tina added the red ribbon for a pop of color that we love. No corsage for Tina -- we never pegged her as a flowers kind of girl, anyway.
Kurt Hummel (Chris Colfer) couldn’t be expected to rent a standard tux for prom -- not when he can draw fashion inspiration from the royal wedding. In the show, he made his own outfit, but we’ve found an easier solution. The Prince Charlie jacket, pictured, is available at SportKilt, ScotlandShop and others. Kurt and Blaine (Darren Criss) wore pink carnation boutonnieres.
Mercedes Jones (Amber Riley) and Lauren Zizes (Ashley Fink) are fabulous in their plus-sized gowns, royal purple for Mercedes and bold blue for Lauren. We can't find where our curvy Glee divas got these gowns, but they don't seem to be Betsey Johnson and we're putting out all fashion feelers to find out. In the meantime, we're admiring their choice of bold colors, bodice bling and soft satin. Gorgeous gowns, girls!
Quinn Fabray (Dianna Agron) looked like a princess in this long tulle creation in baby blue. You can get the strapless dream in white or blue from David’s Bridal for less than $300. As we know, Finn (Cory Monteith) gave Quinn a simple, white gardenia wrist corsage.
Rachel Berry (Lea Michele) was pretty in pink with this strapless gown by Betsey Johnson. The gold belt was taken off and replaced with pink satin, because that’s just so Rachel. She paired it with Steve Madden’s Ulltra-G glitter heels, which cost less than $100.
Betsey Johnson, a frequent Glee fashion choice, isn’t always affordable for many prom-going girls. Turn to The Everything Girl for more affordable lookalikes and alternatives.
Special thanks to Fashion of Glee for covering all the prom ensembles many days in advance of the episode.
