Early Susan Boyle Recording Discovered
Okay, by now you’ve already heard Susan Boyle’s audition for Britain’s Got Talent. (If you haven’t, I pray someone pulls you out from under that rock.) But have you heard her cover the blues?
A recording the 48-year-old made ten years ago recently surfaced and is now making its way through the internet. The song, titled “Cry Me a River” (not the Justin Timberlake version), was done a for a charity album. After listening to the track, I believe it’s an even better performance than her cover of Les Miserables’ “I Dream a Dream.” (You can watch that clip for the millionth time here.)
