--Melrose Place‘s Amy Locane has been charged with second-degree vehicular homicide. Locane, who reportedly drank wine prior to an accident Sunday, killed a passenger and seriously injured the driver of another car she hit.

-Singer Vince Neil was also arrested on Sunday for a possible DUI. The Motley Crue frontman was pulled over in Vegas after some sort of accident. No injuries were reported.

-Actor Chris Klein has been formally charged for his drunk driving arrest on June 16. He could face some jail time for driving with a BAC level over three times the legal limit.

-Soccer player Landon Donovan may have scored off the field. The World Cup star, who is currently separated from his wife, may have fathered a child with a British woman.

-Former tennis star Jennifer Capriati is recovering from what is being called an “accidental drug overdose.” She was taken to a Florida hospital on Sunday morning.
