has a new MTV special, a new album and even a five-year plan for her future. Brit’s last plan (marry K-Fed, have a couple of kids, live happily ever after) didn’t quite work out. Maybe this one will.

“In five years, I would like to be married and have a father figure for my kids, someone who is a provider and can be really stable,” Spears offered up her opinions in the latest issue of magazine. Is this meant to be a direct dig at her kids’ actual father, K-Fed, or just a random future wish from Brit?

“It’s hard doing it on your own,” Spears added in her interview, in what would certainly seem to be a pointed remark in ’s direction.

But before you boys start lining up to become step daddy number one, you’d better learn about Britney’s new habits.

“I don’t like going out,” the pop princess revealed. “I hate clubs. I hate being around too many people. I love my home and staying in bed and watching or reading a Danielle Steel novel. I’m kind of boring.” And…you’ve got bad taste. The producers of Dancing, by the way, are no doubt already framing an offer for Spears in the 2009 season.

Finding a happy marriage and a baby daddy isn’t the least of the Spears agenda. “I would like to stop worrying so much, because I worry all the time,” Brit admits in the mag. “And to learn how to be happier, just in general. I have to learn to take things not so seriously. And to stop biting my nails.” That last one’s really hard - and I have the cuticles to prove it.

Want to see the issue with your own eyes? Brit’s Glamour-ous appearance will be on newsstands on December 9.

Forum Discussion

What magazines do I subscribe to, well, first of all, I think magazines are a great way to waste some time and just read about interesting articles and look at neat pictures. However, I don't subscribe to any magazines because what I usually do is go to the library and read or lend out the magazines there. The reason is that although I would love to get magazine subscriptions, I know in the end, they'll end up gathering dust around the house. I think borrowing magazines from the library is the way to go and makes my life easier. :)

I actually have no magazine subscriptions now believe it or not. I used to be subscribed to Sports Illustrated, TIME, and Newsweek, but since then I get all my information electronically or through the TV. Todays websites are so interactive that I can get the news I want faster than waiting for it to come in the mail. While I don't think magazines will disappear completely in this ever changing world, I do believe that the number of people subscribing to them will for news magazines (there are some magazines that will avoid this decline)
