Now that he no longer looks like the worst husband in the world (and he should be high-fiving Jesse James for that), Tiger Woods has returned to the golf course and is working toward rebuilding his image. There have even been rumors that he and wife Elin Nordegren might be on the mend.

Cue another mistress, a paternity suit and a whole lot of new tarnish on Tiger’s rusty suit of armor.

Devon James says that Woods is the father of her son, now aged nine. To that end, she’s filed a paternity suit demanding that Tiger submit to DNA testing in order to validate her claims. According to a report from E! Online, James does not currently have custody of her son.

Either way, she’s within her legal rights to file the paternity suit - which she has done. We’ll keep you updated on the case as it progresses.
