It’s time once again to congratulate those celebrities entering into parenthood:

Tobey Maguire: Sequels aren’t the only things in this superhero’s future. Maguire and his wife, Jennifer Meyer, just announced that they will be adding another web slinger to the family. The baby-to-be will be the second for the couple. They welcomed daughter Ruby Sweetheart two years ago.

Cobie Smulders: Could Barney soon become an uncle on How I Met Your Mother? Just weeks ago, Alysson Hannigan’s rep confirmed that the 34-year-old actress was pregnant. Now we’re learning that Cobie Smulders is expecting as well! Coincidentally (?) both women are reportedly due this spring. What could this possibly mean, if anything, for baby-phobic Robin Scherbatsky? Oh, the possibilities!

Carson Daly: Looks like someone’s finally putting his years with Tara Reid and Jennifer Love Hewitt behind him. According to a rep for the television personality, Carson Daly is about to become a father for the very first time. The 35-year-old Last Call host and his producer girlfriend, Siri Pinter, have been together for over a year.

Gerard Way: The My Chemical Romance frontman will be soon be rocking the lullabies. Way and his bassist wife, Mindless Self Indulgence’s Lyn-Z, are expecting their first child together next summer. The musicians have been married since September 2007.

Usher: The singer is expecting a very special delivery this Christmas. The 30-year-old and his wife, Tameka Foster, are awaiting the birth of their second child. The arrival will come nearly one after Usher Raymond V was born. (Apparently they didn’t waste any time.) Tameka also has three other children from a previous relationship.
