FlashForward: It was recently announced that Dominic Monaghan would be joining another Lost vet, Sonya Walger (a.k.a. Penny Widmore), on the new ABC series. In the program, everyone in the world experiences a 2 minute, 17 second blackout. During that time, they see a glimpse of their future. Meanwhile, Gabrielle Union (Ugly Betty) has also been added to the long list of actors. Other cast members include Joseph Fiennes, John Cho, and Courtney B. Vance.

Here’s a quick look at some of the casting announcements made recently:
Chuck: If you’ve been desperately waiting for another Charlie sighting on Lost, this might be your next best alternative. On February 2nd, Dominic Monaghan will appear on Chuck as a…British rock star. Like any other person who happens to visit the Buy More, Dominic’s character will somehow become involved in one of Bartowski’s missions. The episode, which will air partly in 3-D, comes one day after the Super Bowl on NBC.

Lost’s Dominic Monaghan back on the Big Screen
Posted by Shannon Bennett Categories: ABC, Lost, Talent,
For those of us still reeling from the (ambiguous?) departure of Charlie from ABC’s Lost, there’s news of Dominic Monaghan hitting the big screen again in the near future. Dom will be starring in I Sell the Dead, a new horror/comedy from director Glen McQuaid about lowlife Victorian Graverobbers who hock stolen bodies to “men of science.” Principle photography has recently wrapped, so hopefully something more exciting than the admittedly cheesy trailer will be hitting the net soon. Expect great things from Dom in his first leading role. Check out the website for updates and photos. The tagline may amuse Lost fans in reference to the late Charlie’s new role - it reads, “Never Trust a Corpse.”
