- 24 (FOX, 9pm): “Taylor gives Jack a crucial assignment.” His mission: Safely deliver Conan O’Brien to FOX before times runs out.
- Kell on Earth (Bravo, 10pm): “The staffers throw a birthday party for Kell.” The interns will be saddled with perfecting the seating arrangements for musical chairs.

Wednesday Ratings: ABC Feels Some Love

ABC might not have been the winner last night, but Modern Family and The Middle did their best to help. Despite competition from American Idol‘s Group Night, Family reached another series high in the demos. Meanwhile, Middle - with help from Charlie Brown - hit a high of its own.
8pm
- Human Target (8.9 million, 2.5/7 in 18-49) pinpointed another 1.1 million.
- The New Adventures of Old Christine (2.3/7) returned to 8.3 million.
- The Middle (8.2 million, 3.0/8) added on 900,000.
- Gary Unmarried (2.4/7) pulled in 7.7 million.
- A Charlie Brown Valentine (2.5/7) entertained 7.5 million.
- Life Unexpected* (1.6 million, 0.8/2) improved by 200,000.

- Bank of Hollywood (E!, 8pm): “Contestants include a daredevil in a wheelchair, an aspiring soap actress and a bodybuilding grandma.” The actress’ Guiding Light severance checks eventually disqualified her from the program.
- Heroes (NBC, 9pm): “Hiro reviews his past choices and takes action to stop a catastrophe.” If he can make it as far back as Season 2, he might be able to save NBC.
- Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp (VH1, 9pm): “The Season 7 premiere introduces the new cast members: Sebastian Bach, Bobby Brown, Nicole Eggert, Kevin Federline, Shar Jackson, Jay McCarroll, KayCee Stroh and Tanisha Thomas.” At least one of these celebrities was brought in from Skid Row.

Monday Ratings: Sing-Off Ends on Nice Note

Although it was topped by a list of repeats, The Sing-Off still performed well for NBC. Last night’s finale put the network in 2nd place behind CBS in both the viewers and the demos.
8pm
- The Sing-Off (7.2 million, 2.3/6 in 18-49) was up 300,000 from last week.
- I Want a Dog For Christmas, Charlie Brown* (1.8/5) had 5.8 million kids entertained.
- How I Met Your Mother* (1.8/5) gathered 5.7 million.
- Accidentally on Purpose* (1.7/5) scored 5.4 million.
- House* (1.6/5) raked in 4.9 million.
- One Tree Hill* (0.3/1) coughed up 910,000.

Tuesday Ratings: CBS Better Off Than Everyone Else

A good Day 2 showing for The Sing-Off and a finale for So You Think You Can Dance couldn’t keep CBS from overpowering the competition. The NCIS combo did its thing and gave the network wins in both the viewers and the demos.
8pm
- NCIS (20.6 million, 4.3/13 in 18-49) kicked off the night with 20.6 million.
- The Sing-Off (6.9 million, 2.6/7) actually saw improvement in the demos since Monday.
- A repeat airing of A Charlie Brown Christmas* (2.3/7) entertained 6.6 million.
- So You Think You Can Dance (6.3 million, 2.3/7) did the same as last week.
- The Vampire Diaries* (0.6/2) recapped 1.3 million.

Tuesday Ratings: Loser’s a Winner for NBC

NBC easily outweighed the competition last night. Tuesday’s finale of The Biggest Loser tallied its best ratings since the fall 2005 ender. That meant a double-win for the network. Meanwhile, a new Disney creation was a bright spot for ABC yesterday.
8pm
- An NCIS* repeat (15.1 million, 2.8/8 in 18-49) was the most-watched show of the night.
- The Biggest Loser (13.5 million, 5.0/13) was up 3.5 million from last week.
- Disney Prep & Landing (4.1/11) debuted to 12 million.
- A Charlie Brown Christmas (3.7/11) attracted 11.2 million Peanuts fans.
- So You Think You Can Dance (6.3 million, 2.4/6) added on 600,000.
- 90210 (1.9 million, 1.0/3) slipped by 300,000.
